Due to moving from IFS Apps 10 UPD 6 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 7 I have downloaded the latest Print Agent from the Add-Ons and installed it. Also, added the printers and started without any errors. However, when printing from IFS the print jobs don’t appear in the IFS Print Monitor. Any ideas?

I need to create a scheduled task in advance that will execute every 14 days at a certain time of the daye.g. creating a scheduled task on today 16/02/2023 that will execute every 14 days starting on 01/03/2023 so that the first execution will be 01/03/2023 and then the next execution should be 14 days after on the 15/03/2023Selected custom and entering SYSDATE+14 in the ExpressionEntered the Start Date as 01/03/2023 but on clicking calculate or saving the record the Next Execution is calculated as 02/03/2023 and the time is the same time as when the record is saved/last amended. Is there a better way to achieve what I require?It would be also be good if I could set the time as well.Thank you.
We have 2 MWS on the same server, (IT2 and IT3) and 2 print agents installed 1 for IT2 and 1 for IT3. The print agent was installed for IT2 and this works without any issues. However, when we start the print agent for IT3 the IT2 print agent ceases to work and stops. On stopping the IT3 print agent and starting the IT2 print agent again it works without any problems. The print agents have been installed on the same application server where IT2 and IT3 MWS reside. Any tips/advice? Thank you.

In report definition the Payslip has a Default Life Time set of 0 days, but as you can see in Report Archive the Expire Date is well over 5 years : Any ideas on why this is happening?

When Report Execution Window is displayed after a short time we are receiving the (Not Responding). We are getting continual time-outs and freezing when fetching data from server.
If the report is ran by the report designer or logged in as IFSAPP the BR report displays figures.We have checked that the report has been granted to the appropriate permission set. When the user orders the report using Order Reports the report is processed and a message is displayed prompted whether or not you wish to view the report. On viewing the report no data is being displayed. Any ideas?
In Database Sessions we have a long running session related to Business Reporter scheduled report that we wish to kill.The session id in Database Sessions is 642: However, on RMB > Kill Session we receive the following error: I cannot see the session in Monitor Sessions in SQL Developer but can see the session when doing select from v$session : select * from v$session where sid = '642' ;Using the SID and SERIAL# I tried to kill the session:ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION '642,12109'I receive the following error:Error report -ORA-00026: missing or invalid session ID00026. 00000 - "missing or invalid session ID"*Cause: Missing or invalid session ID string for the current operation.*Action: Retry with a valid session ID.Obviously, can see the session in FND_SESSION_RUNTIME How can I kill this session when it isn’t reported in Monitor Sessions and any attempt to kill the session report in the missing or invalid session id?

We have a quick report the runs via RMB on the Shop Order. This creates a label for the item. The user has asked whether it is possible for the report to print a number of copies equal to the Qty Complete and at the bottom of the report print 1/5 2/5 3/5 4/5 5/5 on the respective page/copy. We would like to automatically ADD a default Charge Line with Charge Type ‘FREIGHT’ to the Customer Order > Charge tab on Saving the Customer Order Header? I tried to play with conditional fields and where-ever I seem to try it I get the following information message: View [view_names] not found in dictionary. e.g. I have refreshed the Dictionary Cache using the IFS Refresh Cache area.
I have a custom package that has 2 procedures in it. 1 of the procedures appears in the LOV to create a New Database Task Schedule but the 2nd one doesn’t appear. If I run the procedure within PL/SQL Developer it runs without any issues. Dictionary Cache and Security Cache have been refreshed.I have check the permission set and it has been granted.I have logged out and back in again. Any ideas?
Good morning, I wonder if you can refresh my memory on the following: I have created a custom menu on the Sales Quotation Line and Sales Quotation Lines so that the user can RMB and Approve Sales Quotation Lines, ( note: this updates 3 custom fields user_id, date_approved and approved_yn). Hi, We have had a number of invoices created in the last couple of months with the incorrect due date, this was due to the reduced number of days in Feb skewing the system calculation which has now been fixed. Would it be possible to do a mass change of due dates of invoices in question. I have ran a debug whilst testing the due date amendment and found as expected that this can only be done when the Invoice is in ‘Preliminary’ status. Most/if not all of the invoices are in ‘PostedAuth’ status. I am thinking that we could possibly achieve this using RMB > Customer Instalment Plan and DiscountsABSTRACT_PAYMENT_PLAN_API.MODIFY__ Would this work? John
