IFS Print Agent Monitor

Due to moving from IFS Apps 10 UPD 6 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 7 I have downloaded the latest Print Agent from the Add-Ons and installed it.  Also, added the printers and started without any errors.

 

However, when printing from IFS the print jobs don’t appear in the IFS Print Monitor.   

 

Any ideas?

Apparently the error  was due to the wrong network credentials when installing the web service.

I decided to try uninstalling the IFS Print Agent for IFST and re-installing.  Unfortunately, I am receiving the following:

 

The installation failed, and the rollback has been performed.  No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

@RutJWhalen Thank you for the info. May I know where you install the Print Agent?  end user or server?
