When you create a Supplier Agreement with type “Blanket Purchase Order”, this agreement itself is considered as the Blanket PO. But of course, from the “Create Agreement Release” job, you can create a PO from the Blanket PO.Thank you.

Hi @tricia.roth, according to the current functionality, consolidation is happening per part number I believe. Maybe you can have the same part number for similar parts and differentiate them by Part Description / Supplier Part Number. Otherwise, you will need to go for a customization, I think. Thanks.
Hi @tricia.roth, this could be achieved by the Consolidated Pricing option in the PO. You could define different prices / discounts / additional costs based on different quantities ordered, in Price Lists or Supplier Agreements for the same part. And then when you calculate consolidated price from the PO, you will get a better prices / discounts based on the total qty ordered. You will then have the choice of either accepting the calculated price or keeping the current price as it is.

Hi @WyrJamesG, this error is normally raised when you are trying to return for credit to a supply site in the same company. Since there are no invoices sent between inter-site orders in the same company, you cannot return an inter-site PO for credit. If you don't want a replacement part, you can just scrap the part upon arrival. If you physically don't want the part in your stock, you'll have to do an inter-site order in reverse ship the part back to the other site (e.g. through a distribution order).

Depending on the information received, the message can be used for either of the following: to update or create purchase conditions in the Supplier for Purchase Part/Price List tab or in the Part Step Pricing/Steps tab or to update purchase conditions in the Supplier Agreement/Parts tab. The two latter windows are connected to the supplier agreement functionality. Hi @ProShiraA, Using Distribution Orders is an ideal way of moving parts between sites. However, in the current design, there is no way to create a DO from a PR raised by a user. You will need to create the DO manually. (there are other instances in which DOs are created automatically - e.g. MRP, Order Proposal, DOP etc.)To view the stocks available in the internal sites, a search could be performed in Inventory Part in Stock screen (may be group by Site and sum by Available Qty).Another option would be to create a Material Requisition by a user who needs the part, and then source it by purchasing from an internal site.Thanks.
Hi @BaptistP , One option which I could think of is entering the customer order with a future delivery date (estimated) and reserve the material for the CO line and then block the CO manually (RMB in CO header > Manually Block Order) to avoid further processing. Later when you receive the actual PO from the customer, you can modify the details in CO (dates etc.) and process the order. More information regarding blocked COs can be seen in below slide: Another option is to move the required quantity in to a separate location and apply an Availability Control ID over the stock record which will not allow Auto / Manual reservation. So, these parts will not be reserved for any other orders. Later, when the actual PO is received, you can enter the CO and reserve this material after removing the Availability Control ID.Thank you.
Hi @Alex_Mee ,I think we cannot define different Supplier Contacts per Site. The value for the “Supplier Contact” in the Purchase Order will be defaulted according to the contact fetching hierarchy. However, it is possible to change the value in Supplier Contact field in the PO header from LOV. Hence your customer could set the correct Customer Contact on the PO header when creating the PO in different sites. And then when emailing the PO, it will be sent to the contact set on the PO header. Thanks.

Hi @HoiJewelP,I think you will see the M65 posting in the invoice posting lines when you invoice your no part PO. There is no way of seeing this posting in the inventory/purchase transaction postings. We can see arrival charges for inventory parts in the inventory transaction postings with M187 if the charge is connected to a weighted average / FIFO / LIFO part because it will then affect the inventory value of the part. But for no parts, this is not available as I know. Thanks.
Hi @gumabs,As I know IFS will create ROUNDIFF transactions with an Applied Date corresponding to the last date of the period where the quantity is zero and the number of inactive days is acceptable. Also, the related Accounting Period should be an Open period. Otherwise, again the remaining inventory value will be carried to the next period without creating the ROUNDIFF transaction. Thanks.
Hi @stephe_12 ,To give a free part in Get area,you can set the price as 0 (if you go with Price option) or, you can set 100% discount (if you go with Discount option).Also, to utilize the deal in the customer order, you should add the free part as a CO line and then calculate the Sales Promotion. Then a negative charge line will be added in the Charges tab to set off the price of the free part.Thank you.

This means that all quantity exceeding the refill-to quantity will be moved according to the putaway zone ranking. The storage optimization job can be executed from the remote warehouse assortment header or from the Remote Warehouses tab for one or several remote warehouses. It can also be executed or scheduled from the warehouse header or from the warehouse navigator.

Hi @WyrJamesG , in the RFQ flow, you will receive quotation from your suppliers and then you will review them and approve the best quotation. After that you will create a PO for the approved quotation.Since you approve a quotation in this process, there will no need of another approval at PR level. But you may have authorization again for the created PO. This is the design in IFS. Thanks.

Hi @K4uLinalM, if the supplier is an internal Supplier, yes you can have a Delivery Note in IFS. But in your case, since the Supplier is an external supplier, you will have to upload an external file sent by the supplier into IFS and then approve it from Incoming Delivery Notification window.
