Thanks, Phil
Thanks, PhilWill we run this through UAT (what? me test?) :-)
Hi Phil, ideally this will be for all service orders. I see that we can define default AG on Item. Is there a way to cascade this down from Customer Contract?I assume that if an Item is missing AG, it will fail when we try to create PMs?
If you have SQL access you can also do a SQL update
Thank you, Phil. It looks like that data stems from a few years ago, with somebody checking out the possibilities of tracking items against vendors for warranty purposes. This is not used. And the other fun part: the SA will have a new position coming Friday - so this may not be an issue after all. I will update the ticket accordingly
Thanks!
Thanks, Phil. I see that some vendors are created… need to find out who and why. Sigh
@Reid Gilbert and @Phil Seifert - users baffled by “my” data mining skills. Thanks!
Excellent - thank you, Reid!
Have you checked the Disptach Console/DSE Session on the Node?I currently only v15.5 available, but assume it is the same setup
Hi Phil - thank you. We managed to edit the API to reference Tagno rather than serial
Hi Phil - setting the BWork address as Primary solved this. Thanks!
Thank you, Phil!
Thanks, Phil. I will alert my team
Thanks, PhilAll updated now - have asked Logistics to verify
Node security? That was my thought as well. Cleared filters and views - no help. The scroll bare for the batch filter does not really pop out… Phil to the rescue!
Update: I used the Contacts(Delete) import template. It deleted most of the contacts (about 80% in this instance), but did not delete contacts with associated demands, shipping lines etc. So this works great (as expected)
Hi Phil,That would be both.
Hi Phil - just tested here. Works like a charm!
Hi Phil. I tested this, and it works as you say in 15.4 SU2 as well. Thanks!
Thanks, Phil. I will inform my team.
Hi PhilSame that I find. The backoffice team are VERY insistent that they could do this in 15.2 (I have no way to verify). Is it possible to check with R&D that this has been changed?
Thank you - I found out that somebody had actually Shipped this out instead of retiring it
Just an update: this behaviour is not found with the setup we have. ccontl tables looks fine, and PMs are produced as expected
Thanks, Chris. Very useful. I have my minion looking into it, and will report how our 15.4 environment does
