Hi David, Only solution is to add an OUT clocking manually or revisit the set up as Björn pointed out because it will be wrong to generates OUT clocking automatically when an employee completes/stops a production against one operation because the employee might start work on another operation there after.
You can do the cleanup from this screen using the RMB option shown below.
It is not very clear what you are trying to do. Are you doing following actions? Start production on Shop Floor Workbench (SFW) for XXXX shop order without clock in but click yes to create In clocking Stop Production for XXXX shop order (At this point you do not see OUT clocking in Time Card Day) Try to perform Start Production on YYYY shop order in SFW and get the error
Baseline can only be created at project level even in IFS APP 10 but you can see the baseline cost at any level when it is created. -Sumedha
Hi Kate, You can enable or disable the use of project delivery address in the PO line from “Project Address” check box and select the delivery address manually. Is that helpful? Best Regards, Sumedha
Hi Sid, You can either use above options or you can develop a custom screen to change the lot batch number. There is no other standard method which you can use easily. Here is a screen picture of such development. Best Regards, Sumedha
Hello, You have to get the used cost into the forecast by creating a snapshot. Even though you used Live View option when creating the forecast it is not dynamic. You still have to create the snapshot with Live View when you want to see the updated cost, only diffence is, it will not have a cut off date and you will see the live values. Best Regards, Sumedha
Hi Marie, There is no option to set up Actual cost as EAC. Let me explain the fuction of recalculate ETC or EAC. For new projects you normally use ETC Recalculation method then you can see the remaining budgeted value from ETC as the project goes on. When creating a forecast for already started project, you have two options. Define a forecasted vale for the remaining work and create the forecast using EAC recalculation method. Then your EAC value will be ajdusted by adding already consumed cost for the project to ETC value. Define a forecasted vale for the completion of the project and create the forecast using ETC recalculation method. Then your ETC value will be ajdusted based on already consumed cost for the project As I mentioned above there is no set up in the core application to achive your requirement but we can try writting a custom action to update the EAC value as per your rule but again, if the forecast is at Approved state then that will not be allowed either. If you want
Hi Björn, Thanks for the clarification. I guess the default site means the Primary Labor Class in APP10, in App9 we can’t have multiple labour classes for one employee. Could you confirm please? Best Regards, Sumedha
Hi Björn, Thank you for for your time looking into this question, and for the the steps given. As stated in the description, I’m actually looking for if there is a way to handle this without using competency (qualification) profile functionality. Best Regards, Sumedha
Hi, Yeah, I too see that is the only option available for the moment.Thank you for the reply. Best Regards, Sumedha
