Cancel PO line that is in "Confirmed" state

Probably you should be able to cancel the PO line. You may try to modify a value in the PO line (Qty, Price, etc.) if you want to change the line status from Confirmed to Released. Regards,Harsha

Adding Pre-posting is possible for new order line/s you created on POCO and I don’t think that we can edit exsisting Pre-postings from POCO.

Hi @junko,I also think ‘External Tax Calculation Method’ is the full name. However, this is not visible for English language as well. So, I feel this needs to be further investigated by R&D team.

WaDaCo - how to active the camera for attachments

Hi,Please refer below response given for previous Community post (WaDaCo Camera Functionality). Unfortunately its not visible from the configuration client except that you get an error if you try and enabled it for a process that don’t support camera.The fastest way to find which processes supports it is if you are an administrator and have access to database and can write some sql select against our views, the you could try this select:SELECT * FROM data_capture_processWHERE camera_enabled_db = 'TRUE'Or if you have access to the source code/files you could search for *.sql files where you can find process_camera_enabled_db_ and those files/transactions that have this set to true are the ones you are looking for.I hope this helps you.

Sum Functionality in IFS Cloud

Hi @romuse ,As I have observed, Group and Sum functionality as it was in IEE has not been completely re-implemented even in the Aurena client.However, this Group and Sum functionality can be seen on some of the screens in IFS Cloud/Aurena (refer below screen capture). Hi @EQESUSANZ, I had a quick look on the case and yes this is the initial feedback from the RnD team regarding this behavior. However, I can see that the investigation is still in progress. As I have mentioned before, we should have to verify whether this as either a bug or intended behavior with a proper investigation. Hi @josbla, I have found that some of the customers are using field 'Market' (Customer > Order > General) to update the NACE code. In Sales Basic Data/ Markets tab, you can enter any NACE reference and description.I'm not sure whether you can use the same option. Regards,Harsha

Requisition to $0 Purchase Order

Hi @jenotto, In APP10 also you should able to save and convert Purchase Requisition to a PO with 0 value. Usually the application prompt an information message when you are saving a No part Requisition line without a price (Price/Curr is set to zero).Let us know the UPD version which you are using now? Supplier tax - Transaction level in Company tax control

Hi @Manoj Balasooriya If you have selected the 'Transaction level' check box in Company/Tax control/Supplier tax, the system will validate the availability of Tax Code when you are creating PO line and Supplier Invoice. Below error will be prompted if you have not selected a Tax Code in both cases; "A Tax Code is required when supplier tax validation has Transaction Level selected on Company, Tax Control tab." Purchase Order Authorisation Steps

Hi @DerekD,If you have selected 'Include All Steps and Consider Limits' option, the system will copy all the steps in the Authorization routing template and validate the authorization limit of the last step while authorizing the purchase order. Here, the authorization limit of the authorizer who is assigned to the last step in the routing template should have the highest value since the system validate the authorization limit of the last step while authorizing the purchase order. Until you completely authorize each authorization lines, you won't able to process the PO. Therefore, I would also suggest 'Include All Steps and Consider Limits' as the best option for your business scenario. Regards,Harsha

About customer order creation time.

HI @SHIRAJUL It seems that the default time cannot be changed to show the real time as you are expected.Wanted Delivery Date/Time is the date on which the customer wants the order to be delivered at the customer's delivery address and therefore, user must set the wanted delivery time. However, you can set a default delivery time for particular Customer through Customer/Address/Order Address Info. Regards,Harsha
