Is the Cancel RMB option not enabled in line?.
As per part description I assume you are using rental lines. In this example, the option is enabled:

+8Probably you should be able to cancel the PO line.
You may try to modify a value in the PO line (Qty, Price, etc.) if you want to change the line status from Confirmed to Released.
