For now there is no warning to the user as it involves complex calculations.
I think this functionality is not implemented in our apps.
If the pervious assignment was the last one the server would put the last task to completed. Could you check what the task state is before completing the additional assignment ?
You can clock out on the work assignment itself, and it should prompt you to enter the end time. If you have the failed tranaction, you can manaully update the clocking sequence and resend it. I think @Roel van Zwieten has initialized the app so the failed transaction would have been removed. But you can try to Manually clock out
There are certain functionalities that is only available when the device is “online” but in general there should be no limitations for offline use. In 22R1 there were few online only functionalities added such as “Find Part” and “Adhoc Purchase request”. For more information refer to 22R1 news articlehttps://ifs.sharepoint.com/:p:/r/sites/IFSCloudProdInfo/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7BAEAE5665-646B-4AF8-8896-FD1D5B1D6082%7D&file=ServiceManagementNews22R1.PPTX&action=edit&mobileredirect=true&DefaultItemOpen=1
In device check if any transactions are queued. Then in sever check for Failed Transactions.

If there are no other queued transactions you could try force initialization.
One good question to ask is, are you transferring work assignments to mobile or are you creating new work assignments from the mobile? It could also be the case that you have accepted a pool task. It would be helpful to know the “Method” for which the Failed Transaction was created. You can find this in FT Details. Ex:
This rule(limitation) is added in Mobile_Equipment_Object_Access view. This is to prevent the user filter having a too long value. I think it would not be possible to show an error either from application or from fw side for having too many sites granted.
H Nethmi, Could you try to add a new CF that concatenates these two values and and add this to the page and see if it would solve your issue? -Maithree
Hi, if you are in a lower update than 11 I think there was a FW bug with ps filters not applying for complex/structure, permission sets. Try with a simple ps if possible.
Maybe some invalid data for the user. Would it be possible to check with another user that has just one transferred task assigned (no pool tasks as well)?
Hi what is the error you are getting?Do you get this?
@James Ashmore Can’t we encrypt the sms? (ex: Signal)
What you can do is hide this implementation inside a regular VIEW. Then mobile Native Server FW does not need to know about the implementation details at that level. But instead, your application layer hides it from the FW meta data. Thanks Kapila!
Good Answer Isuru Wijeratna! Initialization also remove Fail Transactions which might lead to loss of work in some cases.
