Yes checked both of them but could not find any option.One link says that till assignment is in work started, you can cancel but I am not sure what state was it in & the assignment is now cancelled (so cant check from MWO now) but task is not getting cancelled/deleted.Other link says that task can be cancelled but not deleted but I am unable to even cancel that.
Hi ShneorI don’t think so. Transaction date is captured what I entered based on my local time. Compare tx datewith what I entered in MWObut created date is in some other zone
Is there a way to see allocated to(resource/resource description) here in the tasks? Its strange that it does not show the resource in the task

hi Janne/anmisethanks, it solved my problem, I setup multiple visits in the task & it considered the shift while drag & drop. Just 1 thing even if want to use shifts, we need to setup calendar or HR schedule for that, why? If I setup calendar & shift, will the shift be considered or calendar?

Yesterday, while testing something, I applied shifts of 12 hrs too, so not sure if HR schedule will work or shift will override thatwhatever the case is, DC considers 24 hrs in simple drag & drop

I used the toggle Keep/return. In both the cases, it was lost after completion. I think if I swipe it on, return becomes active & then it disappears from MWO
HII had used a work calendar for this person (works daily for 12 hrs) that shows up in DC like below (similar to what we see in shifts) but when I drag & drop the task, it counts 24 hrs as per the task duration NOT 12 hrs.But to your ask, I generated shift also (12 hrs shift for 14 days, then no work for another 14 days & same cycle repeats)Still, when I drag & drop the task, it does not count 12 hrs , but considers 24 hrs. I want end date to be calculated based on 12 hr.

Also, we create misc allocation for a person when he is absent & that shows up in DC. So why is absence needed? I mean any benefit of creating absence & showing that in DC?

hi alexanderI probably could not follow how “return travel” option works. I had a task which I completed & during completion, I entered return travel hrs in it. The normal hrs showed up in browser but return time did not show. See below screenshots. After completion, I clicked on return button, then the task also disappeared from MWO & no hrs are visible on browser.return travel hrs on MWOI want the ability for FSE to add return travel (which will be future) before marking the task to complete so that the hrs are captured in the task & customer signs them before FSE leaves the rig.
