hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off.

Usually the idea is that a job requires 1..n competencies and/or 1..n certificates, so “AND” makes sense as just having 1 out of 2 skills would not qualify a resource for that job. Or do you have a situation where one or the other is sufficient?

Yes, it is like a work can be completed by a person having X comp or a person with Y competency. Its important for our business requirement.

I agree that there are use cases for this. Have created a suggestion for that.
Thanks Alexander. Also, do you know how can I see the past assignments in dispatch console as it shows the dates only from today-1.
It has some settings in scheduling dataset but not sure what.

Another suggestion that has been made. As far as I’m aware you cannot see past data in Dispatch Console.
