How to Clear Send Error Messages?

Hi Nimesh, You can also quickly check whether you have used the correct Adress ID: If this is also correct you can check APP10 patch 148260 ‘Errors when Rebate Invoice sent using INVOIC / E-INVOICE’ which refers to the error message you receive although Company and Customer has correct Document Address. If you indeed need this patch the creation of a Support Case would be necessary. Best regardsGeorgios

How to Clear Send Error Messages?

Hi Nimesh, it is weird that company AS has a default Document Address with zip code and city and that vouchers of these invoices have already been posted to GL. I had received same error message and entered for my company (GS) the adress data like shown in the screenshots (marked the Adress Type ‘Document’ first): Afterwards I had processed the Invoice with RMB in Customer Invoices with Errrors and could sent it. Hi, The ZUGFeRD format integrates standardized invoice data in XML format into a PDF document (PDF/A-3 format). As far as I know IFS currently does not support the PDF/A-3 standard. This means that invoices in ZUGFeRD format cannot be generated from IFS. Cancel/Delete Not Approved Manual Voucher

Hello,it should be also possible to balance (if needed) and approve the manual voucher. Then you can copy the voucher rows and create and approve a new correction voucher. For this purpose you can create a new manual voucher and enable the checkbox ‘Use correction rows’. Then paste the rows from the initial manual voucher and approve it. Post a payment on accounts with no invoice attached

You can create a Customer Payment on Account (CUPOA) or Suppler Payment on Account (SUPOA) e.g. when creating a new Mixed Payment. You can enter e.g. a customer payment for the respective customer without to match any invoice. You enter only the payment amount and the customer id in the Lump Sum. Once you approve the Mixed Payment the system will create the CUPOA.

When does the payment method get assigned to a supplier invoice. What table is this detail stored in?

you can select in database the payment_plan_tab: select *form Payment_Plan_Tabwhere company = XXXand identity = ' YYY' and INVOICE_ID = ‘ZZZ’; To find the invoice_id you have to check first in invoice_tab for the particular invoice

Via RMB on the header of the Supplier Invoice you can enter the Supplier Invoice Installment Plan and Discounts. There you can connect a Payment Method to the Invoice:

XRechnung in IFS CLOUD Standard

Hello,there are various service providers or tools that can convert these messages / files into the required format. Here are a few examples: Pagero, Edicom, Sovos, Basware, Forbia.Therefore, it is not planned to provide country-specific output formats in IFS Standard at the moment.Our experience for other countries has shown that formats may be changed within too short timeframe which then can lead to a number of problems. Thus, the format conversion which is currently provided by various specialized providers is already the most efficient solution.

Customer payment of multiple invoices

There is also the possibility to create an automatic payment via Customer Payment Proposal: It will select unpaid invoices for a specific period for one or several customers according to the selection options you have choosen. But please be aware that this window is used to select invoices to be sent to the relevant payment institution. Thus, the batch function Heshani has proposed via customer payment window should be the better option here.

Thanks Shan and Sugandi, I had already requested from RnD (Solution 293731) and RnD asked me to post it as idea in IFS Community if customer requirement exists because it is not an application issue. It is just customer undfriendly error message.

Despite the search criteria you should check also the allowed Combination Rules and Authority Combinations for the specific user (group) and ledger if no data is shown.

FAP 4 Posting Control Error

You can zoom with F9 to the specific accounts (129500 and 910030) and check the column ‘Valid from’ to see wether the time intervall for the accounts are valid. In the Posting control Details there is also a column ‘Valid From’.
