@ZTC ZTC JGOTA Yes I believe you will need to have the BI component which is under foundation 1 technology.

Is it possible to recycle the FSM Mobile app pool for an Azure based installation?

As far as I know inside Azure only fully restarting the Azure AppService is possible. But I may be wrong as I have seen the use of the PowerShell Restart-AzureRmWebApp.

Invalid Objects

Hi John, If you want tosee what has caused these packages to be invalid you can get the invalid objects window through PLSQL developer as stated above, RMB on the package, and click Edit Package and Body. There once you recompile the package you can see all the erroneous code that is causing this package to be invalid. Regards,Nadeesh

IFS9 - Oracle 12c 100% Ram - Active Separate API.

Lobby access

Hi @TiePriteK , This can be done via permission sets. As you have stated, I’m presuming the lobby creation is performed successfully. Once this is created go to the Permission Sets window. You may create a permission set for the specific set of users or you could add this lobby to an existing permission set that you already have for the specific set of users. Once you are in the Permission Sets window and picked a permission set to add this lobby, please navigate to the tab in the child table Presentation Objects by Component. Go to Find Presentation Objects and enter a search criteria as “Lobby - (Enter your lobby name)”. This should successfully fetch the presentation objects related to your lobby. Check on the Presentation Objects from the tree on the left. Save this permission set and Refresh Security Cache. You may refer to the below screenshot for more details. Hope this helps! /Nadeesh

The answer to your second question would be due to security reasons. If you encounter invalid credentials quite frequently, I suggest typing the password onto a text field that is visible and then cutting it and pasting it to the password field.

There are many ways to perform this I think the easiest would be to do the following, Go to the Oracle Users window Query for Account status as OPEN Select all the users RMB → Select Lock Account

PL/SQL error when adding a new Shop Order

“ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error” is a very generic error that can be reported for scenarios like incompatible variable types are set in the code or when the character length of a variable is not sufficient. Only way is to technically debug the error and note the place where the error hits.

You can add a custom field to delete by providing the SQL which is the simpler option. Or else you could go for a customization.

ORA Error while entering a Customer Order - before and after reboot

Please get a DBA to check the database Oracle alert log and see if this error has been continuously reported in the alert log, also please check the session cached value (session_cached_instantiations).This can be checked by querying the database “Show parameter session_cached_instantiations”The above parameter in the database must be increased accordingly if this error keeps occurring repeated for users and this has no negative impact on the environment.So the parameter change should happen as follows (check the value of the open cursors and increase it by 1),“_session_cached_instantiations = <open_cursors+1>- OR -At the instance level, issue:alter system set "_session_cached_instantiations"= <open_cursors+1> scope=spfile;where a value must be entered for <open_cursors+1>” Hope this helps.

Is there a way to get a list of all the permission sets assigned to a user?

You can query the user window from the username as follows (Create User → Search -> Summary Tab). This should list down all permission sets granted to the user

IFS10 - CPU 100% and very slow system

Presuming most of the CPU is being consumed by the Oracle service,Have you checked the memory usage of the server whilst CPU hits 100%? also does CPU reach 100% only when certain batch jobs execute? (you can check this by querying the executing background jobs when CPU hits 100%). This should shed some light on the issue.If there are no background jobs running and CPU hits 100% and there is no significant errors found in the Oracle alert log, I believe an Oracle Stats pack report or AWR report has to be analyzed in order for any issues.
