in one of our NON-PROD environments (luckily :-)), we encounter issue when updating a TASK record, always get below error the first time the record is updated. The second time the same record is updated, it doesn’t get this exception error. We noticed it from mobile side. The first update is not transferred to mobile. After the 2nd update, then the modification is visible in mobile. Server log of fist update will show this exception. A user gets randomly this message: Error: Http failure response for api/fsm/hierarchySelect:0 Unknown Error.The message can appears when changing task status (to “Reviewed”), click hyperlink from Task result list to go a task, adding a note on a task, etc. Do you know what cause the issue?
Hi all,I created an xml message calling mass_update. When I execute the message I get response saying number of records which were successfully updated, and no error.The number of records based on select is correct number.But when I check to the records, the fields are not updated. When I update a single record, the fields are updated. So xpath_node is correct. Do you know why this mass_update message doesn’t work? Hi IFS Community, we have several ad-hoc reports built for us. When I check to the report wizard, some reports can be edited.(“Edit” window will be activated when the “Edit” link is clicked).Some reports cannot be edited. Although the “Edit” link is active, but it doesn’t do anything when it is clicked. Is there any setup in the design time that can prevent the editing? Version: FSM6U13. There is a requirement to limit drop down of Task-Template on contract-pm based on value of “Brand” field on Contract Product.Eg.Contract Product has Brand = A5User-Def1 of Task Template = A5In Contract PM only Task-Template (which has user-def1 = A5) will be populated There are 5 task-templates which connected to brand (user-def1 value) = A5 Expected result: the task-template in Contract Product\PM only shows those 6 task-templates.(not all templates like currently) I tried to setup using “Lookup XML” of field task_template but could not get correct connection and contraint. Hi all,we have custom client-report (rdlc) which contains signature (format jpg) in it.On DEV, ACC, TEST, the printed report has signature on it.e.g. On PROD the signature cannot be shown in the report. Hi,we have seen a lot of integration log has exception like this:Rollback was performed on the transaction as GetTransaction/StartTransaction code block is missing a CommitTransaction/EndTransaction. The integration type is XML inbound. When the xml message from the that message is executed in XML Poster, the process is completed instantly. I’d like to ask:What is the cause of the rollback? Hi.we experienced that ADMIN role can be overridden by other role which is Exaample:person 007 has roles ADMIN and DISPATCHER.Role DISPATCHER has setup like this: Having that setup for DISPATCHER role, the ADMIN role is overridden. Person 007 cannot modify any other person anymore. Does anybody know whether it is a correct behavior that ADMIN role can be overridden by other role which has Admin menu as READ-ONLY?Can you explain why it is setup like that? We have to create a new user-id for a technician. The old user-id was set to inactive.The technician only has MOBILE license. When completing a task, we set a BR to send email with attachment (a report. PDF file).Another BR is also setup to attach the report to task when task is completed. (we have customization to attach report here). After using the new account, the emails by the technician do not contain attachment anymore.On task there is no report attachment either. I have checked to task_attachment, and attachments tables, no record is created by new user-id since it was created. User connects to mobile app using SSO login. The issue doesn’t happen to other technicians. Any idea what to check for this new user-id? Thanks in advance,~Juni
Hi all, I want to test a notification which will send report on DEV.in App Params SMTP setups on PROD and DEV are the same.Using the same app params, on PROD sending notification works, but not on DEV. Notification message is setup correctly. Distribution list is setup correct.A notification business rule triggers in task_event when task is completed. Is there anything else I should change/check/connect for DEV to make it works? FSM6
Hi,we have gathered some data from MX_U table. But I come across to a question how to interpret some data shown. On this captured screen data of Feb. 02, 2022, at around 1 am.mx_u_01, mx_u_02 fields showed something related to mobile app.But user doesn’t have mobile device installed.The question is because: time was wee morning, user didn’t do any work, and user doesn’t have mobile device installed.And a lot of same processes.
