In the Astea Client we can see the client name in the client header:We have many users (back office and customer service) that will have several (currently 2, more to come) instances of Astea open at the same time. Is there a way to differenciate this in the Employee Web Portal? We are currently ion 15.2, but will move to 15.4 in the near future. Ideally I would like to add the Profile name and/or a logo. And have the banner colour be different per profile

I have moved a database from live environment (12.5) to UAT (v15). Dispatch Console is not working. In v12.5 I set the DSE server address under Dispatch Console Session - but where is it in v15?
We have a contract import (Customer Contracts) that works well in 15.2. We have now upgraded our UAT to 15.4, and have an issue with this import. No matgter what we do, we get the error that “PM Rule is mandatory”. We have a PM Rule PRSTD that we almost always use, but there seems to be a bit of change in the logic regarding PM Rules - the import should automatically create a price rule based on PRSTD on import.Here is the log:But the error-message on server is a bit weird (maybe?):Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a user who get a “blank” page when opening Inventory Details and Inventory Management. This worked yesterday. We have cleared the cache and personal settings, and also reinstalled the app to no avail. I assume there may some temp files that needs to be removed manually?

Hi allWe have a request from a customer: they would like the service order report sent to 2 mail addresses? AFAIK the SA can add multiple mail addresses on the order on completion, but is it possible to prepopulate with more than one address? We may pull this from contract, site, or customer
We have an issue where a user is trying to open a file attached to a contract, and get the following error:In the event log I see that the file name looks a bit funky (the name is HIN76766_870844.pdf)The file is in the AsteaShare-folder:I only find this reference in the database (and not where the link is stored). ap_attachement_xref only has 98 lines
We have a partially invoiced order where we need to remove 2 lines with status Needed (closing the order will remove these, I find). But we also have one line that is Allocated, and I can’t find a way to deallocate it
In some instances we get the following error message when clicking on a contact on a service order - The caller name is not associated with the customer in the database: But the user is associated. And other contacts, on different service orders (same customer/site) behave as expected: I find no reference to this error in the event log
Hi allWe find that when we send a service order to audit queue, it can not be edited at all. It is flagged as Resolved, and we cannot change status, cancel it or do any other changes. Help?
As part of our upgrade to v15, I’ve been asked to add titles to a select set of modules (Service Order, Customer Contracts, Installed Item), so we get a setup that is close to 12.5. But I get some weird behaviour in v15. Is there a limit to the number of data fields that can be added to to tiltles? Updating an existing address does not work:Current address Zoom in and change house number Upon save it changes back: The workaround is of course to create a new address, but it is a bit cumbersome.I also tested this in our UAT - and if I deactivate GIS it works (but we need GIS).
Hi all - are there short keys to zooming in/out in Astea browser (like Ctrl +/Ctrl - in Internet Explorer)?
We have different users get different number of orders up in the Consolidated Billing Batch module. Setup is the same, and we have cleared all filters and reset the view. Any tips?
We are currently testing 15.4, and have an issue in the Web EMployee Portal. Every time we log on, we get the following error (3 times). The message pops up every 10 minutes (I assume from refreshing ). If I log on with the Employee Portal Browser (as Customizer), no errors are flagged: On the server we get this in the log:Here’s the query that fails. I think I may have found the issue. But how to fix this?
In the Astea Browser we can right click on a line in Installed Item and create a new Service Order (or other action) Is it possible to do something similar in v15.4 Web Employee Portal (I do not yet have a test environemnt for this)? I can’t find anything in 15.2

Having upgraded from 12.5 to 15.2 we find that some count sheets stop with the status In Process How do we change this to Roll Forward - line looks OK: I do the Gen II - but this does not help
In our live v15 environment, orders are not automatically updated on mobiles. The SAs have to manually refresh the client to se changes/new orders. Any ideas?
We have users still using Android 6 for Astea Mobile (Alliance 12.5). Recently they have problems loading Mobile. What versions are supported? Mobile in question is Samsung Note 4
Hi allMy backoffice team have asked if there is a way to find all customers with active alerts. From what I can see, this is not visible except looking at the attachements on the customer. Any easy way to find this? Or will I need to create a SQL-script?
We have a request from operations to make Action Group mandatory on all service orders (PM and UM). Is this doable, or are there obstacles that cannot be overcome?
