Hi,The Work Task Summary is no longer visible in the Report in Work Order in the Cloud. Will this be showring in in a future release? We are currently using R23.1.3. Thanks,Jo
Hi,Is there anyway for a user to control the numbering of the lines under Line No in Customer Order Lines in the Cloud? At time of entry, the user can populate the Line No and Del No, but once they save the lines, IFS takes over and the lines are put into a different sequence.Thanks,Jo
HI,in the Cloud, version 23.1.2, we are seeing the following when testing. I tested package parts and they work fine in business opportunities. But when I go to send it over to a customer order, I get an error message that non-inventory sales parts cannot be package parts. That is also true if you try to put supply code package on a non-inventory part on just a straight customer order.Is this something new? If so, why would it allow you to non-inventory parts to a BO for a package part? Thanks,Jo
Would like the ability to align the data in a column field. Message Line" is very distracting on our screen because its alignment is to the right and everything else is aligned to the left. I'm not sure if there is a reason and if this is something I can edit under my "Properties" options, but I don't see anything.
Would like to have the ability to manually peg parts that are moving in a transport task. It would be helpful and save time when once the part is ‘moved’, to know where the part is allocated. Right now the only option is to peg to a customer order.

We are receiving this background job error "Authorization must be performed in a sequential order." pertaining to creating a manual supplier invoice. Is anyone familiar with authorization basic set up? Is there set up based on 'sequential order'?
HI,We have a customer using Apps10, UPD9, and they are getting errors in their Print Manager for Delivery Notes for Shipment. It is sporadic. Even though the message says that ‘The system cannot find the file specified’, you can still preview the document and the document shows up in ‘Archive’. This is a new printer that they have just set up. Does not seem to have any rhyme or reason as to when it will error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jo
HI,Can anyone elaborate on the purpose of Internal Destination? This is the HELP info:Internal destinations are used when you receive material from your supplier and perform an internal distribution to the location where the parts are requested. We have created an ID and have added it to a Work Task.Created a Purchase Req and then a PO, and when we go to Register Arrival, we can see the Destination on the line. Hi, Is there anyway to change the ‘Currency Code; on the Sales tab on a Work Order once the time/expense has been entered? Without doing a workaround of setting the line to non-invoiceable and creating a new external cost type entry for the time/expense. Thanks,Jo
We have a custom field ‘Salesman’ in IEE that we would like to use as a search field on the Business Opportunity. I have tried to add this using the page designer but I am not having any luck on how to add it to this list to be chosen as a Search field. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Our 12 offices have just upgraded form UPD4 to UPD7 and just found out that in UPD5 that a change was made on the Business Opportunity Line that the cost cannot be changed on an inventory item. Once IFS recognizes the part, the cost is pulled and the user cannot change it. Has anyone else run into this where it is a show stopper for your organization? Our costs can vary depending on the source, depending on the quantity ordered or any deals we may have with certain customers. So it’s common practice for us to adjust the cost for our parts. Just curious if we are alone with this obstacle. Thanks
