As I mentioned in the title, searching in shop orders is too slow. There are 78,995 records here. Could this be slowing it down? Approximately 40,000 records were created before 2018.These records will no longer be used. We want IFS not to look at these records while doing research? Is there any way to do this? Can we deactivate all records created before 2018? We are using IFS APP 8 version.
I created a new user using the copy method.Current User (Copied) = UR-TAB4New User =UR-TAB5Since I used the copy method, I think all the features and permissions of the UR-TAB4 user have been transferred to the new user (UR-TAB5).However, I cannot access the data that I can access with the UR-TAB4 user, with the UR-TAB5 user. What exactly is this situation about?

We installed IFS on the tablets. Employees in the production department will use it. Our goal is to open the interface that the user will use directly when running IFS.They will use the Shop Floor Workbench page as you see picture below.I don't want the employees to search for this page. This page will appear automatically when the program runs. There is a place to adjust this in the Options section. But I couldn't.
