There are two user with same permission sets. However, while one user can see the selections on the Shop Floor Workbench page, the other cannot. Both users have the same permission set.

This situation is not about permission sets? If not, what is it about?

Hi @sahango  first map all permission set on both users after that download packages on users where Lov data is not shown.
