Users are getting an error message on Astea mobile login page. “error is reported by network login process”The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
We have an SV from a node node1.The warehouse WH1 is having primary node node1 only. The technician attending the SV request is from some other node node2. When the technician tries to access some products in this warehouse WH1, he gets an error message saying"The warehouse is not found in the database" NOTE: The warehouse has node1 (primary) and node2 associated in warehouse module > node tabThe technician has node1 and node2 (primary) associated in employee security > node security tabThe technician is having default node as WH1 only.
We are using Alliance 14 (HF24) Dispatch Console users are reporting issues with Google Maps and getting an error message “An error occurred while trying to load the map: The remote server returned an error (404). Not Found.. Save the Event log so that it can be sent to Astea for analysis.”
The business requirement is that technician should not be able to raise a purchase requisition directly from the mobile edge application. It should always be like that when a technician orders the material it must go to back order and not to requisition open directly.
The user wanted to close the 300+ old service orders in bulk but did not want to send an email to the customer for the same. We have created the import for bulk service orders but are not sure how to prevent sending emails to customers from that. Thanks in advance for your help.

The user has created the service order and now once user clicks on the ‘Invoice’ button in “Resolve” window user is getting alert “specify a value for the accounting indicator field”. Could you please guide us where we need to provide accounting indicator?
3 technicians are not able to order materials from the mobile.The material option is disabled for those technicians.We have assigned Multiple warehouses to those technicians. but still, technicians are not able to add materials. Please let us know if we missed anything on the employee configuration or if something else we need to check.

Suddenly one of our node/region is missing from Dispatch Console Alliance V14 HF24.
