Mobile user (Technician) are not able to order material from mobile application.

3 technicians are not able to order materials from the mobile.

The material option is disabled for those technicians.

We have assigned Multiple warehouses to those technicians. but still, technicians are not able to add materials.

 

Please let us know if we missed anything on the employee configuration or if something else we need to check.

Hi Firdosh, 

 

Can these technicians access any materials?  Please ask them to log out/reinitialize and log back in on mobile and recheck again.

We have already asked users to perform that activity but still issue is there.

Please make sure that MOE -10216-Enable Material Order Material must be set to True in the mobile configuration for these technicians.

Hi Firdosh,
Check the value on MOE -99108 (I suspect that menu option checks this value):

After you make the change in the tech’s associated MOE record be sure to log out of the mobile application and log back in again (the updated MOE setting should get downloaded automatically during the login process).
