Many mobile users reported the error in Service Order.

 

“Error merging attachments undefined.”

“Error merging jobsites undefined” 

“Error merging vanstock undefined”

 

What do we need to check on the user side or error in Service order only?

Are there any error entries in the Event Viewer log files or in the mobile log files on the mobile application server at the time these errors are being displayed on the mobile device?  Take a look there first, sometimes those log files capture additional details on the issue...

What mobile build number are you running against?  Is it 15.4.9.0?  If not, can you upgrade to that build number and see if it resolves the issue?

If that doesn’t yield any results, have one of the impacted technicians log out, click on Reinitialize and then log back into the mobile application again...this will trigger a full refresh of all of their associated data on the mobile device, see if the error goes away at that point in time.
