When i executed the invoicing of Service contract in background jobs i noticed that warning ‘Invoicing could not be completed for following Service Contract(s), probably due to stop in the Customer Order type that is used’Note: i kept Cust Order Type as enabled from create invoice.
Is there a place/screen to find out that if SLA is attached to Work Order/Work Task in Cloud and the same has elapsed in Work Task… Duration of Elapsed days of SLA
Work Task /Assignment line 1 status is cancelled But the Work Task Clocking data is not Clocked out. When trying to clock out in Assignment Tab Any way to close this Work Task or any alternate solution to correct this error.

In Cloud for Mobile Work Order... if a New Demand of Material arises for different site for the same Work Task, then there is no options to select different site in Mobile Work Order, if we select New Material Demand(Purchase Requestion) then by default it fetches the Work Task Site… is there an options to configure and add different site in Mobile Work Order ?
When we move a part Via MWO using Transport task from one Remote warehouse to another remote warehouse, ever time receiver Remote warehouse User through his mobile has to initialize, then it will show in move stock screen, its not working when we Sync, is there any setup we missed, can any one know to avoid initialization process.

HelloMy Work Assignment is in Waiting at Location Status, i need to cancel the work task. not able to cancel it, after deleting the Work task clocking. if i change to incomplete work Assignment also no result. is there any way to cancel work task which is in work assignment status as Waiting at Location Status.Its in 23R2.
In 22R1 for Serial Part, the same if we Deliver through Customer Order with enabling as Create SM Object, Serial Object will get generated as Customer owned and current position as In facility, if we want to create RMA and return back it allow to Inventory.But if we migrate the serial object as In facility, then if we want that Serial Part in Inventory, create RMA without Customer Order reference it allows to receive Inventory with Company Owned. then if we deliver this Serial Part through Customer Order and Try to create RMA it does not allow to receive to inventory.Any suggestion or solution for this issue.Note: Business is not following Customer Owned stock in Inventory.
In Work order/Work Task/Material -- if we add 2 material lines, one line should be connected to one control type in posting control and other to different control type. is there a way to do this in Aurena.
Some of the Work Task from Mobile is completed but in client is staying in Work Started status. when checked about the failed transactions screen, noticed that Work assignment has been removed by another user error shown, but work task ref is not updated.this transaction is due to in mobile when they add additional work task and try to complete.I tried to clear the first failed transactions by resending but still issue persists.
In Cloud 22R1/ MWO/Work Details, when we select Object then Object ID is not visible, in other Instance its showing all the Object ID’s, same configurations did in other Instance but not showing the Object ID, any configuration i missed ?

we have to provide an access in Aurena Work Order/ Work Task as only to update work task header of certain fields like Overriding Costs etc, i noticed that for projections Work Task Handling all together as create, update and delete, is there an options that only update for work task header can be provided for this projections?
Hello,23R2In MWO user has started the Work on 11:48, but in Work task screen it shows that started time as 10:48.In Device App as below In Work Tas as below.
If the Status of the Work Task is Work Done, it allows to add Resource Demand, if it allows to add the Resource demand then the Work Task status still remains in Work Done.is this is the functionality or any set up needed for this status change automatically.Its in 23R1
In Service Contract Invoicing Parameters is defined asperiodic Prices is entered as belowwhen we generate the Invoice, invoice from date is 2/1/2024 and to date 3/31/2024, user requirement is invoice from date 2/1/2024 to 4/30/2024. is there a way to set up this ?Version: 22R1
