Hi All,One of my customers has a new requirement where the supervisor of an employee changes each month and the newly assigned supervisor is responsible to approve absence request and travel requests of the employee. I’m adjusting the Position structure accordingly but I believe once the all modules are in use we wont be able to do any adjustment to the position structure to accommodate this requirement. how can I accommodate this request without doing any changes to the Position structure each month ?Regards,Nuwanthika
Hi,My Client company has 9 different Branches and there can be instance where the customer wants to declare a “company holiday” for “one particular branch” without effecting it for other 8 branches. In the Employee calendar the date needs to be marked as a “Off day”.My Question is - What is the best solution to accommodate this request without creating Nine different holiday calendars and adding different substitute schedules? Hi All, I have two Employees who has been assigned to the work location ID “Thu” And I have created a “Employee Selection Template” and when I “preview” the Template details both assigned employees shows without any issue. But When I try to use the same template to load the details in the “Employee new Schedule Assignment” window, all the employees are getting filtered instead of those two employees. Is this a bug? or should anything else needs to be done to fix this.
Hi All, In Cloud Environment, the absence which are in “Registered” state are not showing in the “ My Absence Requests” window for the employees to “Confirm”. Hello,I have created a substitute schedule marking June 27/28/29 as off days and assigned it to the employees and the days are properly marked as “OFF DAYs” in the employee file under schedules.Question : A person who has applied absence request from 26th June to 02nd July has to show only 2 days as the durationBUTThe duration is showing as 5 including the 3 days marked as “Off days” from the Substitute schedule.Is this a bug ? Hi All,In IFS Cloud when a Supervisor was checking the clocking details of the subordinates who are reporting to him directly has found that the “Clocking” window not only shows the subordinate’s clocking details but all employees’ clocking details are available in the window. Hi,If the employee come late in the morning or leave early it count delay; the number of delay hours is accumulated until it reaches 7 hours, then a day is deducted from the employee's annual leave. Can this be done from a configuration or the deduction from the annual leave s needs to be done manually ?
