Hi Experts,I have a customer using PSO where they use a batch job(scheduled job once a day) to commit tasks.In PSO when they do fixed commitment to a resource (if the tasks was planned to start at 3 pm by doing the fixed commitment it is fixed to start at 8 am and make task committed for the resource)This fixed commitment is done nearly 2-3 mins prior to the scheduled batch job for commit tasks.And the broadcast has happened 30 mins before (broadcast happens every hour)Then after the scheduled job it can be seen that tasks are committed but tasks for the fixed resource are overlapped. I would like to know any clue on what can happen in hereyour expert help on this is highly appreciated.Thank you.
Hi Experts.There is a requirement from the customer that they need to track all the changes in many tables such as person, skill, task, resource and etc and they expect to include all the fields in those tables in the fsm audit.Could you please advice me is there any limitation that we can provide so that it will not be a performance issue?Thanks,Heshala.
Hi Experts, I have created a object in my mobile user site and have tasks on that object.Mobile tasks are sync to mobile app.I have added user site to user IFSSERVICEENGAPP in “site per user”.And have added security groups for the permission set as following. Hi Experts, I need to create a new page in MWO.I have followed the steps mentioned in documentation IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (23R2)First i created the new element in navigator design then i added it in page designer as a new page Re-initialized the mobile and i can see the new page in MWO but when i go inside there are no data. Hi Experts, I have set the and checked following are correct as required in the cloud env. parameter location_on_demand_mode= fine GPS allowed is set to yes in applications in SERVICEENGAPP In “Installed app details”, App GPS enabled is set to YesAnd then from MWO app for the service object I go and click on update map position and set position which gives an message as “object map position updated with retrieved device location”But when I go and check in screen “device location”, there is no relevant record with Lat/long values Could someone please help me on this to understand where it can go wrong? Hi Experts, We have a customer requirement where we need to know whether we can integrate between MWO and GISFor a scenario such as thisOutboundIf I am a Field Technician. Can I from MWO, open GIS ( maybe a webpage) with a parameter (either Asset ID or current location)?InboundThen select an Asset in GIS, to raise a new Service Request in MWO or else pass the information back to an eForm in MWO? Hi Experts,Looking for some guidance and help on following customer issue.Customer has process type in input reference as appointment.And for commitment of tasks it has a scheduled job in FSM (commit rules are not set in PSO, commit is done by scheduled job in FSM)This scheduled job occurs once a day.And the broadcast from DSE to FSM happens per one hour.If the scheduled job for commitment of tasks happens at 11.20 am.Then in PSO, end-user do fix commitment of tasks to several resources at around 11.18 a.m. (2 mins before scheduled job)And the next broadcast is at 11.45 am. After the scheduled job in scheduling workspace it can be seen that activities are overlapped. (not only the activities & resources which were fixed committed)My queries are 1. Is it ok to do manual fix commitment to tasks when scheduling type is "appointment"?2. any clue on what to check and where might this get wrongAppreciate your help and response on this.Thanks in advance. Currently, when logged into the App. Users can use the ‘back’ button of the android default UI to proceed back. Hi Experts,There is a sceanario for a customer as following.When a specific part is requested by technician through FSM mobile, a part need is created and it will be issued to the mobile.When part need is issued normally stock amount is reduced from the location and added back to technician's location.Could you please advise me is there anyway that i can restrict the addition of stock quantity into technician's location.Thank you for your support.Regards,Heshala.

Hi Experts, In MWO, move stock when i need to move stock from warehouse to my mobile warehouse VAN by a transport task, When click on add transport task and select the part it always comes the mobile warehouse location and i can not select the main warehouse pick up location, it is not even in LOV. please help me understand what is missing here or else is this the expected behavior? Hi Experts, We do have a customer requirement as follows. We need to search for required material quantity for the mobile technician using “find part”.Once he finds where is the stock he needs the required quantity to be reserved from the stock or warehouse. I know from existing functionality we can find part and then contact the warehouse and pick the material quantity but is there anyway that we can reserve the amount once we figure out this part is available in this warehouse using “find part” from MWO. I would like to hear your suggestions to achieve this. Thank you,Hesh.
