Actual creator of PO Change order

Hi Linda, I have managed to switch on history log. Seems to be working fine. Also thinking of writing a quick report for certain finance users to add only PO in question to narrow the search. Thank you for your help. Kind Regards Kate

Hi, I had a look as you mentioned and we have voucher B set up in LoV. Also Voucher per voucher type is there: Any other suggestions please? Thank you so much for responding to me. Kate

Hi Paul, I have tried too as per below: However not sure if the red arrows may be relevant but I see them under different columns to you? You can see it for Write Off amount but I can’t. Have you done that manually or is not relevant to my SUM function? Thank you for trying to help me. Kate

This is exactly what I am thinking of doing, so when we choose Other - HR will will be able to choose from the other custom field gender.I appreciate your help. Kate

Reference path different to method signature

So I have managed to work out a bit where I can change a reference path: EmpCareerPlan=>CompanyPerson(Cf$_Job_Tit)=>CompanyPosition(Pos_Code).Position_Title However my other problem is that when all saved the field is showing as private and I can’t make it public at all. Not sure why (thinking that company person may be causing an issue), however the user I am logged in and completing this work is added to protected persons, so surely this shouldn’t be an issue? Anyway if anyone knows, would be great. Thank you Kate

Personal number pulled into "View potential Authorizers / Acknowledgers"

Hi all, I think I have worked it out. Sadly when I checked Person record under my login the number hasn’t been visible. I have tried to log as administrator and saw that the number was actually there set up and defaulted, so I have unticked it. Couldn’t test it as requisition has been already approved, but really think this is it. Thank you all for your help.Kate

Hi Piyal, this is the thing, no number is actually added to Person/Address/General Address Info tab. The number which is being pulled into the authorizers is only added in Employee record (HR record). Hence I don’t understand why this personal mobile would be appearing there. Hope somebody else will have some other ideas. Thank you Kate

Document text on copied Sales Quotation is hidden and still in use

Hi Lahiru, Sorry I forgotten to say. Yes there is no document text in any of the lines, it was only it the header of the first invoice. When I copy that invoice, the document text is not showing anywhere in the header or the lines and is still printing it. We are using UPD16. Thank you for your help.Much appreciated as is bugging me.
