@Lee Pinchbeck : Thanks for reverting back to my query. I was looking for standard load testing procedure on FSM before final go -live , with 100 users..
@Lee Pinchbeck : in advance search , it created date field, it takes date-time format , not date only. (WebClient)Accordingly result shows for a particular time ,. We need to see the list for entire day. How to do that?if you could advise
@Lee Pinchbeck : Could you please share a link, where “FSM create and import client reports” has been described in step by step manner, please.
@Lee Pinchbeck : Thanks for your response. But, even from smart client also ,how to retrieve the searched dataset, in excel? Please advise.https://community.ifs.com/ifs-field-service-management-fsm-employees-partners-only-103/fsm-search-view-print-option-for-export-to-excel-2760 Link not accessible for me.
@Kalpani : Thanks for sharing the documnt . It was certainly helpful. But, still I do have little doubt, on B3C customer profile creation process. If customer opt for self service and try to create his/her own profile, How admin going to approve that access request ? If my company purchased 50 customer portal licenses, How many customer can use the customer portal ?I believe customer portal license is concurrent true. Please advise.
@Lee Pinchbeck : I still have the same issue. I had the prior experience of configuring Mobile instance. Generally, during mobile installation, we need to provide the endpoint and rest of things get done automatically. Here, getting issue with license.
@AdrianEgley Thanks for your response. I agree it would work. But only for Smart Client instance. Not for Webclient. In Webclient, this feature is not supported, seems to be. Could you please confirm?
@ChristineLaVoi Thanks a lot for your response.Just one query, I believe customer would be required an email id and password to access customer portal. Now,in FSM , the process I believe first we need to create a person record with license type custportal. Then I need to assign a contact id , with that person record. Now the email id ,mentioned in contact detail should be the login credentials , I believe. Now, when we are saying it is concurrent 10-20 users , then how those people will access the customer portal?if the mail id is unique and specific to some contact id ?Please let me know if I missed something.
@Saranga Amaraweera @Randika Costa :Thanks for your response. But, issue seems to be intermittent. Application stops generating PDF report all of a sudden. If I save the app param “CLIENT_REPORTS_PATH” (just save, no changes) issue automatically get fixed.Any permanent solution to this issue? Please advise.
Thanks for your response.@Randika : Already tried with license_type “CUST_PORTAL”. Contact ID also created for the corresponding person. Still no luck.I believe for a customer , login id supposed to be the email id,mentioned in contact detail, and password could be set from security tab. Still unable to login. Could you please advise, what is missing?
Thanks for your response.@NisalG : Permission wise I’m good, Mobile license count is already showing in license_admin. @TokoWieme : Could you please advise more on how to do permission set IFS_MOBILE.
Hi Shageesha, Thanks a lot for your response. But, I was looking for a specific scenario, where, a Parent Product has 100 children (Few serialized and few are not serialized- all are controlled part). Now, I want to replace one faulty child part with new one.(serialized). While defining a new part during exchange I want a validation on serial no, so that no one can put a temp serial no as an exchanged part. But, rest of the children parts may contain temporary serial no. So, even through we are pointing to Product table, but the name of form in UI designer don’t seem to be “Product” page. Additionally, the SWAP process defined in Reference guide is working absolutely fine, if we are dealing with unit ID in repair page, but not for component repair. If you could advise, please.
