@JannetteC Sorry for the delayed response.You are correct and I can’t see the field as well. This might need a correction from IFS RnD team.Until you get this resolved, as a workaround, you can add the column as a read only custom field. And you can use it to view the data. But edit data in this column would not be possible.Please raise a ticket to IFS and until then hope you can view data using the custom fields.Thanks and Regards,Avindu

Hi @Malin Norgren ,This would not be the ideal solution, but you might be able to use below query in the database level and delete the records from there.select * from PRES_OBJECT_GRANT_TAB where po_id = ‘repQUICK_REPORT<report_projecton_no>’report_projecton_no can be selected from Quick report detail. report_projecton_noEx - select * from PRES_OBJECT_GRANT_TAB where po_id = ‘repQUICK_REPORT583155’;Thanks,Avindu

@AvinduHendawitharana But what's your opinion would it be better to have the last query as start rather than empty? I’m with you on this. If the user is re-visiting the page, its good to have at least previous data loaded other than have a empty window. 😊

@gopeIn Cloud, you have the option to use the previous search. Maybe they added it to cloud (later versions in Aurena) when they identified this as a useful feature.

@Matt Woonton As mentioned, I added persistent, reference custom field and here is the result. But you are not allowed to navigate to several entities(LUs) at the same time from the same field. Thanks

Error Refreshing Dictionary Cache

Hi @HumbertoFloresD,Please check whether you have invalid views in the database. Dictionary cache refresh gives the above error when the views are invalid. Another reason is privileges' for tablespaces are removed or not granted for application owner.Thanks and Regards,Avindu

This was resolved by changing the app parameter ENABLE_UI_DRIP_FEED from Y to N.Issue will be permanently resolved via UPD13

Hi @hhy38,I had further checked and found that the data in the DATED column is stored in Date time format. So you want the correct data you might need to input detail with timestamp as well.For me below executed without any issue.ifsapf:tbwLaborOperationHistory?EXTERNAL_SEARCH=DATED=2011-10-04-15:42:26 But it will not be a practical solution. Is there any other date column you can consider for the query like Transaction_date or date_applied. They only contain date values in the DB level and the search works without issue.In above case you need to use below formatifsapf:tbwLaborOperationHistory?EXTERNAL_SEARCH=DATE_APPLIED=20111004 Thanks and Regards,Avindu Hendawitharana

HI @jdoherty ,This is a error message raised by the application, hence print job initiate by you will not be executed.But according to the error message, it says the same report is printing at the moment. Hi @lglover241,Normally, PLS-00201: identifier XXX must be declared error is raised when the referenced package (Error_sys)does not exist, does not have execute permission or invalid as @Kasun Manuranga mentionedTo resolve this issue, first you need to check whether Error_sys package is invalid or not. If it is invalid, you need to recompile the package using SQL developer, PLSQL developer or by running below SQL queries.ALTER PACKAGE <schema_name>.<package_name> COMPILE PACKAGE;ALTER PACKAGE <schema_name>.<package_name COMPILE BODY;If the package is not invalid, this should be a permission issue. Custom event using online sql

Hi,This can be achieved using a trigger at the database level. Unfortunately, this requirement will not be able to achieve using the Event actions.Event action type ‘Execute online SQL’ can be used to run a procedure/function and insert/update values into a table. But if you try to insert/update the same table, as Asanka mentioned table mutation error will occur.Best Regards,Avindu

It can be both reasons.As Steve mentioned you need to grant the relevant permission to the customers. Normally it's FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B permission set.Also please verify whether you have the relevant modules purchased to use the ‘Order Management For Customers’ Function.Thanks

Hi @Lee Pinchbeck Thanks for the reply. But as the issue only occurs for the German Language, there is a workaround (change the language). So, I’m not sure whether we can request a hotfix via a support case either. Anyhow, we will make a request and see the possibility.I’m curious about how this has happened. As the issue was resolved in UPD6, shouldn’t this be corrected in UPD7? Best Regards,Avindu
