@James Ashmore , the time zone offset for this site is -1 as shown on the screenshot below which I believe is wrong because this site and the server time zone should be the same now because the clock was change last weekend. We do the adjust to the same server time zone and see what happen. Thanks for your help. I will keep you posted

@anmise please reply below, Could it be that the assignment has been completed but that the engineer/tech has clocked in “Return Travel”? Can you see any active clockings for that particular task/assignment in the Work Task Clockings overview? I can ask him about the Return Travel he has never done that before and he is one of our original MWO users, so I can’t see it being that. Admins checked in work task clocking’s and there is nothing there for us to delete.
@ereslk please reply, This seems to be an issue. Is this Work Assignment processed in Mobile or in the IEE client. This task was created and completed in MWO by the technicianCan you elaborate on the test steps followed?. As the technician is the one who did the steps I can’t say for sure, however, our techs follow the same instructions. He would have entered his labour under Time, his truck under Tools. And then Completed the task for the Word Details Page.
@Dilini Arandara we checked RMPANL Component is not present in our installation - see screen shot below. So how do make the RMPANL present in our installation?

@Dilini Arandara , thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I cannot see those Manifest File on my add-ons (see screenshot below) Please do you know why? I have checked both TEST and PROD environment, I'm seeing the same thing.
This has been resolved. The mobile user had previously Completed this task, and returned it. So he no longer had it on his device. We transferred the task back to the Mobile User, and this fixed the issue. He was then able to Receive and Issue those parts.Thanks everyone for your contribution. Mesh

@Binesh below is our findings Before Initialization: So here is what I had in my mWo. I had one Favorite, and one Recently used. After Initialization. Then I initialized, the just the Favorite remained… recently used disappeared. Is it the normal behavour? Thanks Mesh

thanks @Ibrahim Naazir for your contributions. Yeah, the FND_LOCKED failed transactions usually resend after 15mins. This failed transaction creates subsequent failed transactions when a user keeps processing transactions without waiting for this first transaction to resend and this is frustrating sometimes for users.
