Failed Transactions with MWO Service App 10

Hi Community, 

A MWO user is having the below failed transactions constantly.  Reviewing the screenshot below, the transaction time is different from the start time. How can we resolve this kind of failed transactions so that it will be happening again? 

 ERRINV: ORA-20105: ActiveSeparate.ACTSTARTISLATER: Actual Start is later than todays date for work order 22152.

 

 

The MWO app is showing a different time as shown on the screenshot below.

What is the Time Zone Offset of the Work Order Site? Does that match the technicians time zone?

@James Ashmore , the time zone offset for this site is -1 as shown on the screenshot below which I believe is wrong because this site and the server time zone should be the same now because the clock was change last weekend.  We do the adjust to the same server time zone and see what happen. Thanks for your help. I will keep you posted
