Hi @Amanda ,Currently, Employee expense payments are not created as bank reconciliation transactions. @IFS RD Product Management Could you confirm that it is in the roadmap to automatically include Employee expense payments in the bank reconciliation transactions as suggested in the following idea ?

Hi @AveTonitM As per your description, the system should be creating a Serial Object when CO is delivered.If it doesn’t, then I suggest you open a Case to IFS Support to find out what could be the problem.Kind regards,Lénaïc

Automatic created Serial Part into Serial Object

Hi @AveTonitM This functionality does not generate the Serial Part. The Serial Part must exist in the system before you sell it to a Customer through a Customer Order.Then when Customer Order is delivered, the Serial Object is created in connection with this existing Serial Part.To my knowledge, there is no other setting to add for this to work (apart from the Service and Maintenance module to be installed).Is your Customer Order created on the same Site than where you are searching for the Serial Object ?BRLénaïc

how to add personal files under HCM

Hi @MANI0202 A Personal File is created whenever a Person is created in the page “Person”.Here is an example: On top of this, you also need to have proper HR access granted to the person or employee linked to your user to view data for “Personal File” and “Pesonal Files” pages.The HR access attribute that controls the access to Personal File data is the one called “Pers” under the folder “Organization” To be able to view employment for Persons, you will also need to be granted the HR access attribute called “Company Pers Assigned”Or grant HR Application manager access to the employee linked to your user (need to have an FND_admin access to do that). Normally, this will not be granted for all users. Only to HR superuser because it gives full access to all HR data throughout the application. Kind regards,Lénaïc

Automatic created Serial Part into Serial Object

Hi @YONI_LH As far as I know (IFS Cloud 22R1), the “Make Maintenance Aware” functionality is a manual one if you are looking from the “Serial Maintenance Aware” page.It would be a CRIM if you would like to automate that serial parts (either all of them or only certain ones depending on criterias) are made maintenance aware, for instance when received in inventory from a Purchase Order, therefore creating the corresponding Serial Objects.Though there are some automated processes to create Serial Objects :Via Project Delivery / Asset Design : When a Project Delivery structure (or an Asset Design structure) is created, An Object Structure can be transferred to IFS/Equipment. Via delivery of a Customer Order : By defining that a (serialized) Sales Part, or a Customer Order Line, should create a SM (Service Management) Object, a Serial Object will automatically be created in IFS/Equipment when the Sales Part is delivered on a Customer Order. If you also define a Superior Object on the Custo

I used the global contextI disconnected completely and also tried with another user but the “hidden” field is still visible.I wonder if there is a trick due to a name difference : Work Report (on Page Designer) vs Service Report.(on the Mobile App Report)

@anmise I did a change (hiding one field to test) on Apps for Page Designer, saved and published.But the change is not applied on the device Report, even after Refresh Mobile Application Cache and initialize the device.Is there anything else that needs to be done to have it applied ? Like a background job to run ?

Hi @anmise ,I have kind of the same question but for MWO in IFS Cloud 22R1 : is it possible to modify the template of the mobile report in order to remove some unwanted information on the report ?Or does it still require a modification ?And I understood “modification” as the M from CRIM, is it what you meant ?Kind regards,Lénaïc
