I do not want it to remember whether it is a list or table view that was viewed. When the user first visits the page, the list and tables have a default selection of columns visible. How do I set a custom field or another field to be visible in that default list of columns?
We have the same issue here, I’ve inspected the XML in the print manager, and cannot see any issues with the XML.Any progress on this? The app should really format the data to ensure it is valid.
Bumping this, has there been fix/resolution to this? We need our proxy to refresh but can’t find out how to do it.
Hi Nico,That’s fantastic. Thanks for that. It works.Kind Regards,James
Any update on this? We have the same issue.
Thank you. I think the problem we have is changing the next on the screenshot below…We couldn’t find an entity to do this.RegardsJames
Hi, thanks, but if you see, you can't change those options for New Work… E.g. “Report a problem”. We’ve looked everywhere, we can see a virtual entity, but can't see what else we can do with it. There seems to be no way to remove options here, or change the text.Regards,James
Thanks for that, good response. I’ve tested that and it works OK. I’ve heard that it’s possible to use a case statement too, would that be easy to achieve? In future I may have another scenario where I can’t use an enumeration. So it would be something like, “SELECT…” if result is <1 then return “Inactive” ELSE “Active”.I’m just not sure how to construct it.
Hi, Yes, thanks. I’ve achieved it like this…SELECT CASE WHEN isvalid = 1 THEN 'Yes' ELSE 'No' END AS RESULTS FROM ( SELECT ( COUNT(supplier_id) ) isvalid FROM supplier_info_address WHERE sysdate BETWEEN valid_from AND valid_to AND supplier_id = :supplier_id )Thanks for your help :)
That’s an interesting response, thank you. I’ll discuss with our business if that is acceptable.
So we can’t tell the time/date when it moved state?
Thanks, but it looks like this may not be available in IFS Cloud.
Excellent responses, thank you. Do you know if there is a high overhead for turning this on? I don’t believe there will be that many purchase reqs compared to something like a Work Order. Kind Regards,James
Just to conclude, the solution to this problem was the case of the condition. It should be lower case “and” not “AND” also, the “OR” must be lower case too. Make sure you also remove the “=” sign, and replace with “eq”.page/OverviewPagesNavigate/OverviewTasksPage?$filter=(((Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'New' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Open' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Completed')) and TaskOwner eq $OWNER$) This then worked.
Thank you!Resolved the issue. James
