Hi @Andryis You are most welcome and glad to be of help.The reason for the issue not being recreated in a lower version can be due to data differences as well.Initially once this error was reported, it was technically investigated, and found the error raised in below-mentioned function, especially when "interval_" is set to zero.Technical findings :-------------------------This issue getting in Pm_Calendar_Plan_API , FUNCTION Cal_Overdue_Percent when getting interval_ as zero,percent_ := 100 + (site_date_ - planned_date_)/interval_ *100; Therefore my guess is if the issue is not re-created, it might be due to differences in data. Work Order Criteria Generation error

Hi,Regarding “Unfinished work order already exists” error, may I know whether the option “Performed date based” is enabled in your PM Action ? If yes, this is the reason for the error message.As of the Standard Functionality of the "Performed Date Based" field of a PM Action:If this is set to "YES" the planned start date of the next work order will be based on the actual finished date of the previous finished work order. That means if the work task created from the previous work order is not finished (work done), next work order will not be created as there is no basis to create the new work order. As a response, a warning message will be shown in the Background Job when "Work Order Calendar Generation" job is performed.Background Job Description: "Work Order Calendar Generation."Background Job Warning Message: "Unfinished work order already exists in the PM Action <PM NO> Revision <Revision No>.Hope this clarifies the issue. Hi,Yes, as you already mentioned, you can use the Invoice plan details page for that and use Invoice from and to dates.When it comes to generation of invoices there are other 2 options you can use apart from using Invoice plan details page. How are Business Objects and Attachments used on Cases? (Call & Case Management)

Hi @Harm de Brouwer 12Guide , Please let me explain this according to my knowledge, which might help you. Example 1:Let’s say the customer finds out that there is an issue with one of the Air condition machines they use. Object ID is TEST 1. They need help from a service provide to solve this issue, so they create a case.To mention the exact object they are having the issue, Business objects can be used.Then once the case is accepted and work needs to be executed (AC machine needs to be repaired), a handover reference, in this case, a work order will be created. Then you can navigate to the created handover reference, add any additional information (planning stage) and then start fixing the issue.Relevant case ID can be found under customer information. Example 2:Let’s say you have a work order created already and need to connect an existing case or create a new case. Then connection can be established from Attachments > Case option. If you go to the case, you can see the connected

Is it possible to create a new quotation service from a previously rejected quote?

Hi @smason78, May I know the IFS version you are using (Cloud 22R2, 23R1, App 10 etc)?Also can I know whether the test flow you used is similar to below or is there any deviation? Test flow in IFS Cloud 23R1 SU11: Create a work order and connect a customer. Create a work task. Enter some planning lines. For example I added a resource line and an expense line. Then create a service quotation from the work order. View the created quotation - planning details are visible. Calculate totals and reject the quotation. Now go back to the work order and create a quotation again. Note that the planning lines are available in the new quotation as well. And regarding the question, I do not think it is possible to create a new quotation from a previously rejected quotation. Could not find any option. Best Regards,Thilini

Assignment work task template to administrator groups

Hi @r.zyszkiewicz This should be because your work task template is active. Option 1:Please create a new template or a new revision of the existing template so that it is in preliminary state. Then check whether you can add administrator groups. (If you still do not see the + button, do a screen refresh). Option 2:You can switch off revision control (click on the revision control on button so that it will get off). Then check whether you can add administrator groups. Service Contract is not populated on the Work Task (from PM generation)

Hi, I tested this in 23R1 SU9 version and there it works fine. Then I tested in 23R2 SU4 version and there the issue is observed. Therefore I suggest, it is better to send a support case, so that we can look into it. Best Regards,Thilini

My guess is, you might not have added any details in “Deals per part” or “Deals per sales group” tabs.The data in these tabs are needed to decide on which sales parts, this agreement applies. Therefore at least fill one of the tabs or both.

External Cost on objects when reporting Work Task with steps

Hi Patrik, Do you mean the cost is not shown in “Equipment Object Cost/Revenue” Analysis? I tried below test flow in 23R1 SU9 version, and there the cost was equally divided between the objects used in the work task steps. For example:This task has an object defined in work task level. Total external cost reported is 100.This is displayed in the analysis window. For example:This task has no object defined in work task level. It has 2 steps, and 2 different objects are connected to the steps. Total external cost reported is 100.Cost is divided between the 2 objects and displayed in the analysis window. How to remove the tiles in MWO properly

Hi Can you please try below steps? You can remove the needed security grants from the mobile user connected permission set. For example: To remove Purchase handling tile, you can follow below steps. Test Flow:1. Navigate to the “Security Grants By Permission Set”2. Select the user granted permission set and Revoke Purchasing.3. Clear 'Clear Security Cache' in mobile application.4. Re- initialize the mobile app.5. Observe that “Purchase Handling” tile is removed. Hi @Cory Yes, this will list the costs irrespective of the work task status. That means, if a work task has certain costs reported (in the work task > cost tab), those data will be displayed here.When it comes to the date, we have the field “Created Date”. Work Order Journal - Track Material Order Status Changes

Hi Evan, Yes, the status change will be captured when a work order is created from a material order (but not for general material order changes).I noticed that this happens when we use the repair work order flow for non serial parts where a work order is initiated from the material order line it self.Please check below test flow. Basic data setup:1) Non- serial inventory part must exist. 2) Auto-Repairable check box should be selected along with required information in Inventory Part/ Maint Info tab. Test Flow:1) Create a work order in Prepare Work Order window.2) Add a Work Task.3) Create a Material Order in Materials tab, and add a material record for the non-serial part.4) All auto-repairable information will be fetched automatically to the material line.5) Set the Work Task status to Released.6) Using the Issue or Issue Manually option, issue the non-serial part.7) The non-serial part will be issued, and a new Work Order will be created with a work task t

Hi Robert, Please use below test flow to get the sign off details displayed in the Maintenace engineer portal. Test Flow:Note that there are 5 sign off opportunities. Create a work order and a work task with the needed information. Make sure to add signoff details in the sign off requirements tab. Now execute the work. Once you set the work task to WorkDone, the executor signoff is done. Now check the Maintenance engineer portal - pending sign off requirements are listed. Best Regards,Thilini
