DB_SWITCH_SESSION:Could not switch database proxy session to user [IFSAPP]: IO Error: Socket closed

We were able to fix this by running installer to reconfigure.First time it partly failed and then got 404 error when try to login to the application.Then again we reconfigured by deleting all .ear and .war files in ear folder as mentioned in this post.

Yes, I have checked those topics and as I found this could be checked with this query:select * from PROXY_USERS where client = 'IFSAPP' but I’m getting error for thatORA-00942: table or view does not exist00942. 00000 - "table or view does not exist" And we are getting this same login error in different machines.

Sharing quick reports created on "Query Builder"

We use Query Builder to make personal Quick Reports and these reports are only visible to the user who created them. As I understood, you need to setup it from the scratch if you want to use it in a different user.

Insert attachments into Report PDF

Hi @OMRRAJIKA, If you you are going to attach some constant documents for the report, you can use report rules to do this requirement (please refer the attached post in Janandi’s comment). But if you need to attach invoice specific documents you might need to go for a customization.

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA , Company fetches the values correctly after synchronizing. The select statement isSELECT company FROM identity_invoice_info WHERE identity = :cf$_customer_id .I haven’t used t in this. even though it gives an error, attributes are synchronizing with changes.I have removed the company field and then exported the ACP again. This time I could import ACP without. But I would like to know the reason because I haven’t faced this kind of error before.

Hi @Adam Bereda and @Thomas Peterson, I could solve this by adding ‘*’ to the region in APR and approved the voucher entry, then I have updated the GL. This issue was in PROD and I got advices to not to change code part demands.Thanks again for all the opinion and I really appreciate your help.

Hi @Thomas Peterson, Even though the voucher numbers are same, period is different in the record in Vouchers Analysis. And there is a record with period 4 in GL Vouchers Analysis as well.Could you please explain this as well. Will we be able to solve this issue, if we update the remaining erroneous voucher into GL voucher once we fix the error of that voucher?

When I investigate further, I noticed that there are several records in period_allocation_tab for this company, year, period and the user group. I really appreciate if there are any suggestions to overcome this issue.

Ledger Account is not permitted for Manual Vouchers

The voucher I wanted to reverse was made up from an Instant Invoice.So I was able to create correction invoice using it’s RMB option ‘Create Correction Invoice...’.I have removed the correction line, because I thought it would be better to start with a new instant invoice.and when I print invoice and update GL vouchers, another voucher created.Thank you all for your valuable opinions.
