Hi @NEJANO,Disabling the action from Workflow Configuration, hides the button from the screen. I still want the Buttons to be displayed in the screen and update the Work Assignment status to ‘Incomplete’ and ‘Complete’. Would like to only disable the Assistant for these buttons. Hello,I have a follow up question. Can we create new standard pages in mWO Service? Below I’ve created a new page as ‘Custom Task Step’ with JtTaskStep entity and added a Group to the page. Added the new page to the Work Details screen using ‘Navigation Link’ CommandGroups. When I view from mobile, the button is displayed but when I click on the button, it doesn’t redirect me to the new page. It stays on the same Work Details screen. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia
Hi Matt,Sure. I’ve tested manually as suggested using the Send Notification button and able to receive notifications in both Windows and iOS. It takes a few seconds for the background job to run and send the notification in some cases in Windows but it works. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi @fishema,Since I was unable to use the Map Position earlier, I was looking for an alternate solution. The issue is resolved now after adding the Default Map in Windows app. But I would still like to understand if this is feasible or we shouldn’t we adding a custom field as AddressField, in case if there are requirements in future. The App GPS is enabled for the device but I’m unable to navigate to the map from both the Address icon (My Work and Work Details screen) and Map Position button (Work Details screen). I’m able to open the ‘Update Map Position’ button within Work Details screen though. All the above features work in iOS but not in Windows. While installing the mobile app, it has taken a wrong Map App earlier. I’ve changed it to Windows Maps and I’m able to open the Map Position now. Nothing happens in Windows when I click on the button. In iOS and Android, it opens the default map with the coordinates mentioned. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hello,Since we cannot add new State values, I’m trying to work with the existing State values in Work Assignment. To modify the status flow based on Client requirement, I’ve made few changes to the Status flows using Page Designer.For example: updated the Condition to display the ‘Pending Completion’ button when the status = ‘Accepted’ in My Work screen in mWO Service.I’m able to view the status field in mobile. But when I try to update the status to ‘Pending Completion’, it does not sync back to Cloud. Is there any restriction that we cannot make modifications to the Assignment Status flow? The technician might be offline sometimes and will be unable to access the Cloud application.As per our requirement, the technician should be able to view all the details in mobile related to the customer for the past 1 year. Based on your statement above, I have a query. Currently, how are we managing the ‘Service Book’ page in mWO Service? I don’t know what the “Editable Function” attribute does, however if you wanted to specify whether a field is editable or not you should use the “Editable” attribute. Way more capabilities coming in that space in 23R1! @Alexander Heinze, I would like kindly confirm if this feature is available for all Pages in 23R1 (both Cloud and mWO Service) or only for specific pages? @kathlk, For Use Case 1: I agree. Any changes to the Task related data are pushed to mobile and vice versa.But in my scenario for example: I would like to remove the Assignments from the ‘My Work’ list screen if the status = ‘Pending Completion’. This doesn’t remove the Assignment automatically from the list, therefore I’ve added a Entity Filter as shown below. Even with the Entity Filter, the Assignment record is removed from the list only when I Initialize from mobile (or) Sync the entity through Sync Rules (or) based on the Sync Interval specified for the Entity. I’m trying to understand if there is a way to automatically remove the Assignment from mobile list screen immediately when the Task status goes to ‘Pending Completion’ and we need not wait for the Sync Interval of the Entity (JTExecutionInstance) to execute.@skullk, For Use Case 2: Yes but the enforcement does not restrict the user from performing further actions in the screen. Currently, I do not see an option to do this
There are 2 Use Cases:Use Case 1: I would like to add/remove the Tasks displayed in the ‘My Work’ screen in mWO Service based on certain Task status changes. Currently, based on the Entity Filter, the records are removed from the My Work screen after we Initialize the device or based on the Sync Rule schedule. Therefore, I’m looking for a way to trigger the ‘Sync Now’ button to remove the records from the List screen immediately when the Task status changes to a specific value.Use Case 2: Based on the Work Shift status change in mobile, would like the Tasks to be displayed/hidden in mobile. If the Shift Status = ‘Onshift’, Tasks should be displayed; If not, Tasks should not be displayed in the My Work screen. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Thanks @kathlk for the detailed explanation.Based on Query 1:After we add the Entity Filter for the first time, we will Initialize the mobile device.But do we need to ‘Initialize’ the mobile device every time for the same conditions to reflect in mobile (or) based on the default Sync interval we define in the Application Parameters, the conditions will be reflected automatically?Example: I’m trying to remove certain records from the My Work screen based on Entity Filters. @James Ashmore, the Work Status screen is not viewable through the Aurena Native Apps using the Page Designer. I can view the other screens and its related entities through the Page Designer. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Yes, looks like the context is mapped correctly. I checked in the iOS device as well and have the same issue. In both the platforms, Global context works but not custom context.Another issue I can see is that, the Logs screen doesn’t display the above details when I disconnected and connected the device for Global context. It only shows as Custom Context for this User but in Mobile, the Global context custom fields are displayed. Could there be any sync issues? Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi @Dar,Yes, I’ve unpublished the Global Context and published the Custom Context. Also, I’ve tried to Disconnect and Connect from mobile again but the changes doesn’t reflect. After Reconnecting, tried to Initialize to confirm but it is still the same. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia
