If you are using MWO Service app, then workflow configuration should be create from Aurena client. It's not working if you create configuration from IEE client.Please follow below steps. Log into Aurena client (https://10mobtstlkp-rnd.ifsworld.com/main/ifsapplications/web)Go to Technician Portal > Workflow configuration > Workflow configurationCreate configuration with configuration type "Work Task"Add filter as you preferGo to Actions tabMark Measurements as mandatoryGo to site tab and add your siteAcitive the configurationInitialize the mobile device and check with relevant work task in mobile

Hi,You can create workflow configuration. And there you can make Measurements as mandatory. Then mobile user will not allow to complete work without giving measurements.

Service Report in MWO 10 RTM version

MWO Failed Transactions

Hi Mesh, Basically failed transaction shows failed data going from mobile app to backoffice. Reason for work tasks are not going to status "work done" when tasks are completed from mobile (MWO)

@MaggieDiP As I know there's no way to remove from completed status rather than doing data fix from database side.

@CSheprutterkey The above explained situation happens when there are unallocated demands. Then your work assignment in server side will update correctly but work task status will not change to Work done.If you are having situations where assignments status are not update in server then it could be a different issue.

mWO Non-Inventory Sales Parts Functionality Removed

Hi,You can use "cost category" for this requirement as I understand your business scenario. You can connect Non-inventory Sales part to a Cost category. When report expense from MWO app you can select that cost category.cost mwo.pngcost category.png

Scheduled Database Tasks

Hi Harald, Here's the definition of these database tasks. Transfer Work Assignments to Mobile When using PSO as a scheduling engine, planned work is assigned to mobile users. Refresh Mobile Sync Objects Refresh equipment objects for the mobile users. Only needed if the TAS configuration Sync All Objects are not set to True. Refresh All Purch Parts Refresh purchase parts for the mobile users. Refresh All Inventory Parts Refresh inventory parts for the mobile users. Cleanup Mobile Work Order Unassign work orders which are returned by the mobile users Sync Mobile objects will not use in Aurena native apps as there we use Grouped push method to sync objects to mobile. MWO Sync Failing

There can be various reason for this, but you can try with redeploying .ins file. Here's the steps for that.Find the native app in the IEE (navigate the Applications form and search for your app) Delete the app versions Delete the appFind the meta data file from one of the following location: In the delivery installation files we have provided you please go to: \InstallationFiles_<DeliveryID>\database\mwo File Name: ServiceEngAppOfflineMetaData.ins Redeploy the ServiceEngAppOfflineMetaData.ins DB file properly(please make sure you have properly deployed and commit the changes to the DB. Deployment of this file takes few minutes). And check that the app is now available again in the 'Applications' form in IEE. And check the issue in the app again.

Hi Preetish, For each document, the users that can access it and what access levels are allowed is shown in the Document Revision window under Document management. (Document Revision > Access > Result tab > Generate Result) .You can check there also. It also can be issue with attaching the document. You can re attach the document and check. If these things may not help, this need to be investigate further.

Hi Preetish, Has permission given to relevant document class? If not you can follow these steps. 1.) Go to the “Document Basic” > “Access Template” tab 2.) Then query for the relevant “Document Class” 3.) Here if you want to give access only for specific users define them here with relevant access grants “View”/” Edit” or “Admin” 4.) Here you have the option to define a “Person Group” as well (“Document Basic” > “Person Groups” tab) 5.) Also, if your requirement is to give access to all persons, define the “Person ID” - * (This will add person * to the document revision access tab and provide access to all persons.) 6.) To apply these changes to existing documents, go to the “Document Revision” > “Access” tab > “RMB” and select “Copy Access Template” Please note that this access template will be automatically retrieved for the new document revisions. mWO Service 10 - object access

Hi, Once you disconnect group push user from you site, mobile user will not get any object in the mobile. You need to connect group push user to your site. And then initialize the device. Then you can see all the objects connected to site in the mobile. In mWO service 10 app, mobile user will get all the objects in the site, once site connected to group push user. It cannot manage with it "Objects/User Tab (Mobile Object Synchronization Data)"

Hi, Sorry, but not much clear with your issue. Let me know, once you have disconnect site from group user and initialize device, do you still see all the object connected to that site? If you have disconnect site, then you may not see any object in the mobile.

Hi According to the functionality, if user connected site is connected to group push user, all objects in that site will display in mobile app. Have tried initializing the device once you disconnect site from group push user?

@ctaylor56 I have tried in our core environment, and this works fine with the only in stock item have is reserved to one of work tasks. This may be an environment specific issue. Please raise a case with environment details, if you are expecting to investigate this further.

@ctaylor56 If availability is > 0 then it should be shown in my stock. But if availability is < 0 then it will not be shown in mobile. Because my stock show part which mobile user have.

Delete unissued material line from work order

Hi, This will not allow in the app as posting lines will be created on issue and unissued. Is there any specific reason to delete this line from work order? Because once you unissued it will not affect to proceed on the work order.

This can be happen if mobile user don’t have access to this location. And also if these parts has been unreserved and used in another work. Could you please check both of those scenarios? I did check this. The two location on the transport task is the default warehouse for my mobile user. So they have access. Also, the part is currently reserved on the transport task for the said work task, so it has not been consumed by someone else. Then it seems bit strange. Can you try following steps in order to figure it out the cause? Try “Receive” and check whether you are getting the error Try with another part and check
