Hi,There are technicians in who are associated with several Zones (Example ABCD, XYZ, Etc).But when assigning availability shifts in PSO (24/7, 24/5, etc.), it does not allow the same technician to be scheduled in two or more Zones. How can i identify what time that Particular FT is working for Both division or single division? Do we have any option available in PSO. Example here is Shiyaz left in Gray in this ABCD, since he is with another shift in XYZ. And he should be available for both zones and others. Regards,Shiyaz
Hi,How can i easily filter the planned task with SLA & Out of SLA in the Gantt.Suppose i have planned 100 Jobs in FT queue, Out of which i may be having 40 INSLA & 60 Out of SLA.By applying filter in want to view INSLA Tasks in Gantt & Another filter it should show out of SLA in FT gantt.. Hi,On-call shifts can not be set as automatic as 'on-call' . If you enable auto scheduling for on-call it will assign minor or preventive work to fill up the on-call shifts.Is there any possiblity to disable Low priority task or Work order type based shifts to be enabled. Regards,Shiyaz

Hi All, Do any one aware how to create Site calendar in below scenario. I have a Site which required 24Hrs of notice period, I got ticket @10:00am today, So system should not assign the task today, instead it should assign the Job tomorrow based on Notice period. So assignment should happen only tomorrow @ 10:00am. How can I create such Site calendar? Any one have any idea, please let me know. This is a Requirement for MBNL as we have multiple access conditions available like 24hrs Notice , 48Hrs Notice, 5 Day’s notice, I want system should assign the job based on notice period.
