Flush cache option

smart dispatch console "gps available" icon display condition

In the dispatch console in the Astea browser you have the gps icon which is displayed when there is some gsp data available for the tech. The customer is asking what are the rules to display this icon. We know that the tech should be cloked in, but if the gpsdata are the sameday in the past and there is no data at present the icon should be displayed also ? Is there a kind of real time refresh of this icon or the system is looking at each x minutes the gpsdata table to find records and display this icon on the screen ?Thanks for your feebackrgdsChristophe

Alliance 15.4 error on reports trough the web

Hi for one of our customer we encounter an issue using the full web interface, when we try to run a report (standard or note) we have systematicaly an error werehas if we run the same report from the astea browser it’s working well . Alliance MobileEdge upload attachment errors

Hi, our customer is using a lot checklist with a lot of photos to take.. From time to time all the photos are not sent to the servers, in the check list line concerned we see “see photo” but when we click nothing is displayed, no line exists into the ap_attachments table. Replenishment order schedule in batch mode

Hi i wanted to check with you first before login a EU ticket. When we create a replenishment order (V15.4SU7) and you set a priority which is diferent from the one defaulted. When you schedule the replenishment the priority you have set up is not taken into account in the replenishment order generated trough the batch manager.In the batch manager / paramaters the priority field is not also visible whereas as the other fields are visible as parameters . It looks to me this is a bug ?Christophe

MobileEdge and Site access hour refresh

HiWe have a customer which is complaining that the site access hour are not refreshed in mobile edge..The scenario is at first the customer site has no access hour defined (for example), There is a service order assigned to a mobile technician. On his mobile device the technician can see that there is no access hour defined in the module site details / acess hours this is ok. Then in the back office the Access hours are updated on the site.This information is not pushed to the mobile device , even if a new service order for this site is assigned to the same technician.is it normal ? thanks for your feedbackChristophe

Information on an error message

Hi,The issue we have happen regularly (once every one or two months) on one of our customer (V15.1) . The production environment is down and need to be restarted. task / appointment historical data are no more present/visible

Hi for two of our customers in V15.4 it looks like in the task/history module (or also into the database into demand_done table with demand_type_id = 'task' or demand.demand_type_id = 'appt' we don’t find any more data before 30/03/2023. Have you already encountered this ? is there an automatic process somewhere ? i have seen that in the config editor on the profile session there is a timer called MoveTaskAppointmenttoHistory could it be the cause ?Thanks for your feedbackRgdsChristophe

Hello, on the web employee portal 15.4SU5 we have created some imports template. For one of them we need to add a column into the excel source file to map the column to a bo column. how do we do that ? i don’t see an option to reload the excel soure file on screen ?

error message while importing customisation

15.4 information on web employee portal

HISome customers which are in the process to upgrade to V15.4 are asking the following : in V14.5 (or trough the astea browser in V15) you were able to open for example in the customer support qbe the customer support selected in a new tab in the web employee portal in V15.4SU5 we can’t do this or we don’t know how to do this or perhaps it will be in a future SU ?thanks for your feedbackChristophe

Astea browser asking to reinstall

V15.1back office users disconnected

HI our customer is using V15.1 in high availability , we have 3 VM in the environment.What can been observed is that several times a day some users are disconnected by the system with in the c_session_log table the error “Logging in from different computer(vm3XXX)(UTC: 08/22/2023 09:38:00.033)(w3wp,8792)(PROD)”whereas the user is using the same desktop. for example on the line 3 below the user has been disconnected at 08:30 UTC (10h30 french time) and on line 2 reconnected at 10h30 french time. it looks like the login of line 3 was against on VM3 and on the line on line VM1. is there some settings to avoid this issues ? what could cause this ?

Sort in the web portal qbe screen

Hello(15.4SU5) When you click on a qbe column to sort the result and then you remove the column of your view, the results are still sorted by the “hidden” column . It could then be difficult to find the hidden column to remove the sort. Do you know if there is a trick here ? if no could this “issue” could be considered as a bug ?Thanks for your feedback

MobileEdge - multi items which checklist

Hi one of our customer generate PM service orders with consolidation in V15.4, this generates in the back office a service order with several items (these items have checklists) and several activities. The customer can send 2 technicians on site on for different days. The first one complete as many PM he can and the second will finish the job. By doing this in mobileedge (with our moe configuration) when the first technician wants to complete the activity and indicate a stop code = resolved he is blocked and must fullfiled a follow up activity as we suppose the system consider he has other item checklist to enter to be able to put a resolved code = resolve . Is there a way to handle this process in mobile edge that is to say to allow the technician to say he has completed his activity where as there are still some items checklist not passed that will be done by an other tech. Hi do you have a documentation about how to set the azure apps and the correct rights ?We have a customer which has setup the outbound mail with Microsoft Grpah we can send mail but when there is an attachement to the mail : pdf, doc then we have an error IEmailUtilityGraph.SendEmailAsync() with attachments failed. Can't create new message Error message: Code: ErrorAccessDenied Message: Access is denied. Check credentials and try again. thanks for your feedbackRgdsChristophe
