Hi one of our customer generate PM service orders with consolidation in V15.4, this generates in the back office a service order with several items (these items have checklists) and several activities. The customer can send 2 technicians on site on for different days. The first one complete as many PM he can and the second will finish the job. By doing this in mobileedge (with our moe configuration) when the first technician wants to complete the activity and indicate a stop code = resolved he is blocked and must fullfiled a follow up activity as we suppose the system consider he has other item checklist to enter to be able to put a resolved code = resolve . Is there a way to handle this process in mobile edge that is to say to allow the technician to say he has completed his activity where as there are still some items checklist not passed that will be done by an other tech. I am not aware of a way to do this in the standard application. Perhaps a business consultant can advise further but it looks like this would be a customization.
