Business Reporter Repeaters

Hi, I am trying to recreate a multi company P&L report in BR that repeats by reporting entity in the same tab.I have a consolidated P&L that we already use that I was hopeful I would be able to convert by add a repeater onto the whole section of rows that make up the P&L however it doesn’t seem to work.What are the rules for adding repeaters to a number of rows? And can they still be used if you have non design rows in the section? Thanks, Georgina

Cancel / Rollback Posting Method Error

Hi, We have a number of error transactions generated over the last couple of days with the below error message: Cancel/Rollback Posting method is set to Reverse in Company PGL. Therefore, it is not allowed to create a voucher with correction row(s). It isn’t one that I have seen before and it looks like the transactions have come from internal inventory transfers so i’m not sure how to correct it.Any advice would be much appreciated.TIA Georgina

Group Consolidation P&L for the Year Currency Reval

Customer Payment in Advance Error

Hi, We have recently set up now cash accounts for a new bank and when trying to approve a mixed payment we are seeing the below error:  I have tried looking everywhere i can think that we might be missing info or a link and have hit a bit of a wall.If anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Georgina

Disconnecting an Advanced Payment from a Order

Is it possible to disconnect an advanced payment from an order reference that was made at the time the payment was posted? We have  a proforma payment that was made to us and connected to a customer order, the customer has now cancelled the order and we have repaid the pro forma however we cannot cancel the order on the system as it is connected to the original payment. Thanks, Georgina

Automatic Authorization of Invoice Charge Lines

Hi,  We have been using an Authorization Assigning Rule to allow charge lines on invoices to be automatically approved up to a certain value. My AP clerk has just informed me that this is no longer happening and the rules are instead pulling through a authorizer who still needs to go in and manually authorize.is there a way to switch this rule so it goes back to automatically authorizing to the value of the rule? Also, we have a tolerance amount of up to £10 or 5% set on the company and small variances below these values are still requiring authorization, is there a setting i am missing somewhere that allows these tolerances to be used? Thanks, Georgina

VAT Only Invoice

Hi, Is it possible to create a tax only invoice? We have a customer that was miss-charged in the legacy system and have requested a further invoice for the VAT, I have tried running a few tests in the Instant Invoice and Manual Customer Invoice screens but I can’t seem to find a way of only charging the VAT that will show it on the Tax line of the invoice. Thanks, Georgina

Reversing a payment against a supplier invoice

Hi, Is it possible to reverse a supplier payment so the invoice can be cancelled?We are trying to return some product that has failed inspection however we cannot return on the PO as the lines has been connected to the invoice and the invoice has been paid but I can’t find an option to cancel a payment and the below Rollback options are not available:Thanks, Georgina

Sales of Fixed Asset Posting Controls

Hi, We have tried selling an object on the system and the transactions have defaulted to the FAP0 posting control for the reversal of the acquisition value and the accumulated depreciation, we would like to re-route these transactions to disposal accounts however we cannot change FAP0 as it is a default account.Is it possible to change the settings so the system used actual posting controls that can be connected to the correct accounts?  Thanks, Georgina

Customer Rebates for Corporate Relationships

Hi, Is it possible to create rebate agreements for multiple companies that include sales from all companies in the final settlement percentage? for example, if we create a rebate agreement for companies A,B and C with the following final settlement percentages:100 - 2%500 - 5%1000 - 10% and the companies make the following total sales:A - 120B - 150C - 600 Can all companies connected get the 5% (120+150+600 = 870) rather than company A & B getting 2% and company C getting 5%?  Thanks, Georgina

Supplier Payment Rollback

Hi,We have a transaction that has been posted in a ‘Parked’ status that was posted in error, we would like to rollback the transaction however the options are greyed out on the screen: Is there some specific base data or controls that need to be added before this functionality is usable? Thanks, Georgina

Changing Column Order on Saved Searches

Hi, Is it possible to connect certain column orders to saved searched in one view screen. For example if we wanted to use the detailed statistics - invoiced sales screen starting with Order Number in one saved search and Invoice Number in another saved search is there a way of doing that?TIA
