Payment advice information

M19 AND M20 not triggering

Hello, We face an issue towards the M19 and the M20 postings. These postings are not triggered when there’s a difference between the PO and the amount billed. When I update the amount I get a popup about the tolerance amount Any tips how to face this problem ?

Automatic Bank Reconciliation not working

Hello, I am trying to do automatic bank reconciliations but my transactions are not being reconciled even though the date, amount and transaction code are the same.Is there any configuration that needs to be changed in order for this to work?I have attached the current settings for automatic reconciliation

Financial Reporting Excel File

Hello, I have question please about financial statements and reporting in IFS. When I try to extract a trial balance or any other financial reporting statement, I get a pdf file, however I prefer to extract those files as Excel files. Do you have any ideas how can I achieve this ? Best regards

Hello, I got this error as you can see below, when I click “Details” in the “Acknowledge payment order details” screen.I noticed that I had 3 payment orders for the same supplier payment proposal, does the error come from here ?Best regards.

Delete Fixed asset

Hello, There was few fixed asset that were imported by mistake in a company. I tried to delete them by I get the following error. “Object COR1 is used in General Ledger”The FA objet had the “Registred” status.Is there any way to delete a fixed asset ? Best regards

Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project screen

Hello, I post this question about an issue that i have with the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project screen. The problem that I have is that the data linked estimated revenue and cost is not showing in this screen. However once i run revenue recognition the vouchers are generated and i can find this data on the voucher analysis screen. Any ideas to solve this problem please ? Best regards.

Automatic posting rule not working

Hello, I created this automatic posting rule for my not invoiced orders.As you can see this rule is trigerred by the M18 posting control. However the automatic posting is not generated although the posting related to M18 is created. Any idea how to fix this problem ? Best regards

Posting Tax Codes do not much PO Tax codes

Hello, I have a problem with the tax codes for supplier invoices.I have a purchase order with 2 lines with 2 different tax codes.When I create the supplier invoice, I get the 2 lines with the right tax codes .But at the level of the posting lines, I have the impression that IFS takes only the first tax code and applies it to the two posting lines. I have attached the screenshots that correspond to thisAny ideas how to solve this problem? Best regards

Hello, In our context we need posting values on the M18, indeed this posting is related to a cost accounts that we use for projects and activities. Error in M10 posting transaction - VOUCHER TYPE MPL

Hello, I have an issue with the MPL voucher. I created several PO with a specific amount, the PO countains just one line. Although in the inventory transaction, i have two lines in the M10 postings and a M19 posting is generated also. Any ideas why please ? Best regards.

Rollback partial payment - Offset proposal

Hello I have a question about partial payment rollback for both customers and suppliers. It creates a SUPOA or a CUPOA on the company, The problem is those payments on account cannot be used for an offset proposal afterwards. How to handle this case ? Best regards
