Hi allThe customer hasn’t contract change management. And this module hasn’t been setup and deployed.The customer has setup Sales Contract.After a service update, it’s not possible to create and save a Sales Contract, because users have the error message “the CCO_CHANGE_CAPTURING LEVEL field has not been populated”.The field is not available in the Sales Contract Windows.It is not possible to add the field, from the Navigator page. Is it a Bug ? or something the partner forgot ? Thanks
Hello @ allThis post proposes 2 ideas on supplier invoice workflow in Finance.IDEA 1 - Ability to define in the Authorize assigning rule that the project manager be included in the supplier invoice workflow without having to add them to an approver group (to difficult to handle).The principle is quite similar to the option: Invoice recipient as Acknoledger/Authorizer.IDEA 2 - It is possible to select, in the accounting code part, the project's dimension, and adding a project list, for an authorizer assigning rule.Like idea 1, the principle would be to include the project manager of the selected project(s) in the project's dimension, in the invoice workflow process.Thanks

Hi allLike in 21R1, we don’t have the ability to see the detail of the Account receivable. The only way is to check “Exclude Not Cashed/Open documents”.And we have the same issue when we use IFS Business Reporter to the information source “Customer Open Balance” … no data available due to the error message into IFS Cloud 21R2.Look at the joined file.It’s very urgent !! Hi allafter having this error message “This Add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator”, I was no longer able to open my IFS BR Reports created.I uninstalled IFS BR 21.2.0.0 (installed before with the MSI) … and I installed again IFS BR .. but I always have the same issue.I follow the topics named “IFS BR issue with Office 365”.I have installed IFS BR as administrator but I always have the same message : Operation Cancelled (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80004004 (E_ABORT)it’s very strange because 1 hour before it’s running well, but after a Microsoft Crash, … I have this issue.Please contact me asap I really must use IFS BR and reports for an important presentation this week./RegardsERIC
