Hi, communityOn IEE we could see the name of the view and sql colunm by opening the system information menu. I know that I can see the name of the view if I bring up the page info menu, but I can’t see the colunm names. Does anyone knows how to get the sql colunm names on IFS Cloud?Thanks!Cruz
Hi, Community I’ve created a custom checkbox, set the enumeration and sycronized it. I’ve added it where its intended to be but I cannot check it. Somehow it is set as a ready only field and I can’t make it different. On Presentation Object I’ve found out that the custom field is set as Read Only by a checkbox that cannot be unchecked. I want to place this checkbox custom field on the Return Material Authorization Lines window, and I thought I could remove the Read Only attribution through the Object Properties dialog box, but for some reason this option is unnavailable.Can someone help me to make it not read only?Thank you!!
Hi!Recently we uncovered that an user was adding new reading values for an object into Measurements for Object window, and all the readings inputed were not being recorded, as seen below:Measurement Type as Preliminary Reading Even using the Manage Preliminary Reading option I can’t make the Measurement Type change into Recorded Reading.Does anyone had the same problem before or have any idea how to solve it?Thank you!
Hello, Community!I need help with the custom page creation funcionality on IFS Cloud. I followed the steps shown on IFS Cloud technical documentation on how to create a custom page and I’ve managed to:Create a new entity; Create Persistents custom fields on the new entity; Create a new projection and tied it with the new entity; Create a new page and then added all the persistent custom fields through page designer.The problem now is, I cannot input any information on the custom fields I’ve created. It doesn’t even have the iput box, so I can’t type any information in.I’ve placed the custom fields using the group element in Page Designer.Can you help me?Thank you!
Hi!We have a situation where we must know when an Work Order is being opened through the IFS MWO application.Sometimes, due to events created in IEE, users are blocked to do some operations (like one of the events that won’t allow two work orders of the same type to be opened for the same object). These messages won’t pop into the application screen so we never know when a WO is being blocked by some event.We need to find a way to know how many Work Orders that are being opened on the app are not being transfered to the IEE. I need to know how many WO were created using mobile devices x how many were transfered to the IEE.Can anyone shed a light?Thanks
Hello,Our company rents and sells modular workspaces. When we rent a module and it returns from a costumer, we use the IFS MWO to open a work order on arrival, and we use the e-forms option to answer a quick survey that reports the module situation to other departments. We are constantly having trouble to create work orders on IFS MWO. As work orders are closed throught IFS application, they would not communicate with IEE, and would be lost between platforms. Recently we had a major problem when several objects were reported through the application but only a few of them were transfered to IEE.I’ve checked on background tasks for any information about the transactions, but no error was found.On Failed Transactions I found that it didn’t went throug becaust it was deleted due to initialization.Can someone help me figuring out what went wrong and how to solve it?Thank you!

Hello Community!We have a situation with our Maintenance Plan where, if a preventive maintenance is anticipated, the Planned Value colunm does not update. Do you have any tips on how where can we set this colunm to be flexible?A little background on the situation described: Below you can see the maintenance plan for one of our trucks. The actions are based on how many hours the machine has worked. We anticipated a 500h revision 90h before it was due. When the WO was closed, we would like that the Planned Value would change from 9113h, to 9023h (since 90h were anticipated). But the values remain still. Thank you
Hi, everyoneWe have a situation where the user created a wrong time report with over 200h appointed.I reopened the WO and tried to delete it by removing the cost line as we would normally do, but we can’t delete it because the Transaction Status is Transferred What do I need to do to delete this time report? Hi!On the Prepare Work Order window, under the Resourses tab, when setting up a Report Time, it’s possible to insert comments on the dialog box below, before creating the Time Report.When reported, I cannot find where the comment that I wrote went. Is there a way to print/view the Time Reports that were created?Thank you!
Hello everyone!I’m having trouble to create a quick report.
