Hi , Many Of our users have problems with getting an attached error message. It is not linked to a specific page, an event or a keystroke, but seems to come when you have been inactive in IFS Aurena.They are using SSO when login to Aurena. Can that be SSO issue? what can be reasons give this error in IFS?Kindly give your opinions.BRSaradha
Hi Experts,One of our customer faced same kind of issue recently. There was no solution mentioned in same problem posted in this link : mWO aurena native - login credentials expired frequently | IFS Community so I reposted same with our problemUsers get below login credentials expired message everytime when they are using Aurena scan it 10 within every few hours (3 times per 30 minutes) . customer only use standard DB authentication and they have default values in MWS.they did not setup values for "Difs.oidc.accesstoken.lifetime" or "Difs.oidc.refreshtoken.lifetime" in MW. But they get this everyday.when i check one users device logs i can see it Kindly give your opinion for this problemThank YouSara
Hi All,One of our customer needs to setup Zebra printer to print labels.Customer use ifs application 10 update 14 version. Before setup physical printer, we installed clawPDF(Open Source virtual PDF printer for Windows) and tried . But we got below error every time when we print a report PLUGIN EXCEPTION:ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: PluginExecute Failed. Hi, Here we setup SSO for IFS9 environment and it was working fine previously. Now, when trying to logging through into IFS Enterprise Explorer the credentials are not accepted (invalid username or password)we reconfigured as below mentioned solutionBut it seems to nothing happened, also we enable DEBUG in windows integrated authentication configuration.Further, we deleted all user's synchronize information from the database level and run synchronization again in application .but it did not work .where can we find a proper solution to fix this error .Need your guidanceThankyou
