How to External file through a batch process

Dear Team, I am running the external supplier invoice load process through batch load in IFS Cloud (22R2). It appears that the system only recognizes the exact file name and I have been unable to find a mechanism to inject files with different suffixes, such as ExtSuppInv001.txt, ExtSuppInv002.txt, and so on.Is there anyone who is aware of how to accomplish this? If so, could you please share the solution?

B2B Purchase order line attachments.

Post error: 404 (Not Found) when a Projection is invoked with IFS Connect.

Hi Team,I have used below JSON body to trigger the action https://{{BaseURL}}/int/ifsapplications/entity/v1/AccountGroupEntity.svc/AccountGroupSetJSON BODY used{ "Company": "10", "AccntGroup": "X11", "Description": "X10"}Projection resource used :AccountGroupEntity.AccountGroupSetEven same content works without any issue for same envrionemt (23R1 SU6) through POSTMAN call, Yet when tried to do the same through IFS connect, I get below error :ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Post error: 404 (Not Found)Following is screenprint from API explorer can someone mentioned what could be the missing setup/or issue ?

Maximum hours of Absence

Hi Team,The Employee Schedule is defined for 8.5 hours per day, yet we have a requirement to set the maximum time for an absence per day to 8 hours. So, we have defined an absence type to allow only 8 hours of maximum hours per day. When we try to register an absence for a day with mentioning the ‘Default hours per day’ for more than 8 hours it gives an error message ‘Maximum Hours Per Day is 8’Yet, when we try to register an absence for a day without mentioning the ‘Default hours Per day’ it registers the absence for 8.5 hours. What are the settings which we need to define further to limit this absence only to 8 hours for a day?

Server error when PO is released on Cloud

Hi Team,I get below error when i try to release a PO.Cleint Error : Inspect results : IFS Cloud Web version: 23.1.0.20230508120848.0IFS OData provider version: 23.1.0.20230518150529.0All page configurations are disabled and no active custom events as well.What could be reason for this error as , options such as ‘cancel’ works without any error.Any suggestion or insight is appreicated.

Hi Team,Customer receive a CAMT file with following values. Could you please advice on how to distinguish the above three values to 3 different accounts in the system( Bank does not wish to provide unique proprietary value for each transaction type and customer does not wish to mix interest expense with bank charge as well )

MESSAGE_STRING and event action NOTIFY_CHECKLIST_RESP_EMPLOYEE

Hi Team.As per which option used in Setup IFS connect ( for MAIL_SENDER1) Email output generated from event action NOTIFY_CHECKLIST_RESP_EMPLOYEE will be changed as below; Result 1 ( text/html ) Result 2 ( text/Plain)As you can observe above, one option does not make Message_string work properly and other option does not make “Click Here” link work.So Would there be anyway both could be worked as same time ?( Line breakers option does not work on MESSAGE_STRING)

Hi Team,As per help text, The text can also be set by the system, e.g., name of the supplier if the voucher belongs to a supplier invoice. So What are the pre-conditions to fetch this value ?Even when reference series and number is entered, text value does not get fetch.

Hi Team,When it comes to Audit Interface assistance, Customer wish to use an Audit Source to capture Internal Ledger (IL) Accounting Balances of the business.Unfortunately, i could not find such an Audit source to cater customer's requirement. Is there any way we could fulfill this ?
