Migration job for CONTRACT_ITEM fails with an error

When the Migration job is executed, error “ORA-20110: ContractItem.CONSALESVALUEREQD: The Sales Value must have a value since Calculation Type is Sales Value and Calculation Method is Fixed.” occurs.The purpose of this migration job is to allow us to insert data from the user defined table to contract_item_tab. A similar error has been reported here.However, the procedure name used in the current example is MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA and not procedure INSERT_BY METHOD_NEW IFS Aurena framework version: 22.1.10.20221205084017.0IFS Aurena client version: 22.1.10.20221205084017.0 Kindly assist in identifying the root cause of this error.

Sticky note disappears on Project Invoice window

Hello, When a sticky note is added on Project Invoice window, it disappears once the window is refreshed. NotesLogged in user is IFSAPP. The issue exists for all windows of component PRJREP. The correct view names of the logical units have been given in Object Connections window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards,Devni

Structure mismatch created in a module at higher level appear in the Preliminary Conformance Log of a module down the Assembly Structure.

Our customer is having a situation where a structure mismatch created in a higher level appears under the preliminary conformance log of a latter module.I believe this is an incorrect representation as the conformance log should provide structure mismatches within that level/module.

Performance Issue in Shop Order

Hi All, Steps:Shop Order -> Update Materials and/or Operations -> Update Routing Revision and/or Alternate When the above mentioned steps are carried out in the customer’s environment (APP10 UPD 12), the process takes 20 seconds more than a Core environment. It was noticed that the delay occurs when fetching the posted jobs that has procedure_name as ‘Shop_Order_Cost_Bucket_API.Batch_Calculate__’. The above mentioned method has been placed in a separate queue and its details are as follows. The processes and execution plan were changed and re-executed but there was no change in the total time. Planned cost is calculated based on company tax instead of project tax.

Hi,I have an issue where the project -> demand-> misc.parts -> planned cost is calculated based on the company tax even though the project tax is already set to 0. 1. Company tax is set to 5.5% (address tab)2. Project window -> address tab -> the tax is set to 03. Project window -> demand -> misc.parts -> added a new line with a purchase part-> once saved the planned value is calculated with the company tax Tried the same thing in core but I was able to get the planned value without company tax.Any suggestions on windows/fields that I should check to identify possible setup differences ?

Performance of Get_Posted_Job_Arguments

Hi All, A certain Test environment has over 1 million records in transaction_sys_local_tab.This table is being accessed through Transaction_SYS.Get_Posted_Job_Arguments to obtain jobs of a particular procedure_name_ where the state is posted. Obtaining results from this query takes over 1 second. Where are in the Core environment, it takes only 0.1 seconds. The Test environments ‘System Parameters’ have been set as below. As there is a large amount of records in the mentioned table, are there recommended values that need to be put in the above parameters to improve the performance of retrieving data from the mentioned table?Or is there anything else that needs to be done to improve the performance? Manually added blow through part gets removed in MRO

One of our MRO customers are having an issue where, when you manually add a blow through part (Type K) in an ASO material line and then include a random part to the same work scope from the Disposition Summary Screen; after the releasing of the Interim order structure, the manually added blow through part gets removed.Kindly explain why this is happening as I believe think this an incorrect behavior.

Issue related to history tab of MRO Shop Orders

Hi,We are having an issue related to history tab of MRO Shop Orders.When you manually add a material line to the SO, you can see that the order history captures it and includes the part number as the new value. But when you delete this material line, the order history doesn't capture the deleted part as the old value. I believe this should be captured.Can someone please validate?

Account in Project Accrual Posting Analysis

Hi All, Environment: 21R2. As highlighted, the Account has been set as ‘60111’. In the ‘Project Accrual Posting Analysis’ window, it can be seen that the relevant record is showing Account <60111> which was set through the ‘Project Accrual’ window and not what is set in the ‘Posting Control’ window <70147>. Is there a setting to override the Default Value that is set in ‘Posting Control’ window and display the Account that is selected in ‘Project Accrual’ window? Best regards,Devni

Error when making changes in Project Deliverables Design

Hello,Open Project Deliverables Design window from Aurena. Go to Components tab. Select a record and edit it. Save the changes.I receive below error when updating a record or saving a new record in the above mentioned window.(Server Error) savepoint 'ORACLE_SVPT_93' never established in this session or is invalid. Incorrect decimal values

Hello,Go to global settings and change the number of decimal places to 2. Go to Engineering Part Revision -> Additional tab-> Material Cost field. Update the field with 0.12032133 -> save. Again, change the number of decimal places to 8 and check the field.You will now see the value 0.12000000 instead of 0.12032133.Is this a bug or something that can be corrected from settings?

Register Forecast changes after Import demand planning forecasts of a certain date range

Hi All, The following has been observed in a customer env (UPD 14). -> Navigate to MS level 1 part > query for a certain part-> ‘Register Forecast’ tab: There are forecasts which exists for the 1st of Nov and Dec of 2023 as 100 and 200-> Navigate to import demand planning forecasts dialog > enter the part and change the time frame from 1/1/2024 to 17/10/2024 -> Leave the rest unchanged > OK -> Come back and refresh the page, the existing data for 2023 of Register Forecast tab are also changed. Any idea on what could be causing this? Best regards,Devni
