Project time transactions not creating Cost lines in project navigator

The Report code is Time.The PRJT1 and PRJT2 postings have been setup with project pre-posting. Do IFS create cost element lines such as expenses, labor etc in ‘Project navigator’ screen when ‘project time transactions’ T voucher get created with PRJT1 and PRJT2 postings with internal cost values? The hour tab is getting updated in ‘Project navigator’ screen but the Cost tab does not get updated with cost element lines. Would this be a expected behavior?

HiDoes T voucher postings created using trans code PRJC1 & PRJC2 create any cost postings which add that as a Project actual cost?

Project cannot be completed until all active acquisition values referring to this project has been moved in IFS|Fixed Asset

We have a number of projects that we keep getting an error stating 'Project cannot be completed until all active acquisition values referring to this project has been moved in IFS|Fixed Asset.'The process to follow to get the error is:Go to Financials|Project Accounting|Project, then search for one of the projects, RMB and select Rollback Sub Project Completion. Complete the necessary fields on the window and click ok, this is when we then get the error.In Object Transactions Analysis window those objects/FA records are with object transaction value type as "Acquisition" and status as "Ready". Hi,On behalf of an LCS case.There is a difference in number of records found when choosing "I Next Authorizer" and searching for the same authorizer in "All" or "My only" in Posting Proposal.Test plan--------------------Select ‘All’ → query for user ‘ABC’ in i’m next authorizer’ -> No of records 500Select ‘My Only’ -> No of records 500Select ‘I’m next authorizer’ → No of records 200 Please explain the criteria or difference between these options Best regardsZuha

Hi,How do i create a record as follows in supplier payment proposal An invoice of value 1000, pay for 750 using supplier payment proposal.The record should appear in payment proposal as‘Matched amount =1000’‘Paid amount = 750’’‘Withheld tax = 250”Is it possible to create a scenario as above? Posting type GP17 is set up with control type AC10, which is not allowed in this function

Hi,I m Having a posting control setup for type GP17 With Control type AC10 copy from source.I m creating a new planning unit & added a revenue account and project id under transactions. Thereafter when i try to calculate project calculation under Business planning, i m receiving an error as “Posting type GP17 is set up with control type AC10, which is not allowed in this function” May i know is there any additional setup i have to perform to calculate this or why is this error being shown?Best regardsZuha

No periodical capitalization voucher created when there is only revenue

Hi,I need help with a financial project with following setupCapitalization posting method - PeriodicalProject Type - Capitalize Rev/ExpRevenue recognition method - POC Revenue FirstPOC Method - Actual cost Revision Accounting - Catch upPost Actual and recognized revenue difference - Checked The project has some Actual Revenue and Zero Actual cost. How to create a credit invoice for an Instant invoice by RMB option?

Hi, Can we create a Credit invoice for an Instant invoice using RMB option? In my scenario, my invoice in Postedauth status. I have an RMB option ‘Create credit invoice’ for Instant invoice. I think this option has got enabled from a user created Menu. But it is greyed out. What can be the reason that option is greyed out? Best regardsZuha

Cannot open the added image in Trip tracker

Hi,I have added a receipt photo to trip tracker in IOS but when i select the photo to view it. It just opens a blank screen saying Photos. I can view it in App10 but not in Trip tracker. Unable to load external supplier invoice via filerep path

Hi,I m trying to load a supplier invoice using Filerep1 In folder path. But the xml file doesn't seem to disappear from the folder and cannot find any records in application message screen as well.I have checked that file ‘read only’ is uncheckedI have checked the ‘File reader’ is enable in system.What can be any other reasons that this is not loading in the system?Best regardsZuha
