HiWe are have a customer using mWO. The field Tech are using mWO-iOS, Windows and Android OS.Few Task Transaction's are failing to communicate from mWO to IEE 10.Please would any one suggestion , how to fix these type of issues

Hello all! I’ve recently taken over as admin of our IFS system, and have been tasked with getting the TouchApps working. We already have some installed to the system from a couple of years ago, and I’d like to get the rest of the them but i keep running into a brick wall.I’ve found a lot of the documentation provided by IFS and by the team that installed the TAP server and connected it, but i seem to be missing where to find the rest of the apps zip files to get the required .dll I’ve looked on the different servers, but can only find the zip files for the apps that are already installed. I’ve opened a support ticket and am in the que, but any additional assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!Doug

Hello,We have been tracking an issue for more than a few months now and have no explanation as to why this is occurring. Was curious if anyone has seen this type of error before and if you were able to correct it. We have also had an IFS Engineer spend roughly 8 hours troubleshooting with no luck.We are using IFS 9.10 and Oracle 12.This Out Of Memory Error does not show up consistently in a given area or if performing a certain task. This pops up all over the place. We have 100 users in our environment and only maybe 5 report this non-stop. This error forces you to restart IFS but once restarted it could go days before seeing the issue again. Hi community,Using Azure AD for authentication.I have two questions.What’s the behavior of the system, after expiring the session ID which has a limit of default 30 min? Will a new Session ID generated and client stay connected or should the client/user has to login again? Is there any way to extend the lifetime of 30mins session? Appreciate any input. /Nimesh

Hi,For some reason IFS have different accounts and password for https://community.ifs.com/ (works good!)and http://partner.ifs.com/ (getting a wrong password)The last one seems to go through Login to IFS Services where there is no possibility to reset my password: Does anyone know how to reset this password without contact help desk?

Hi community, Customer is upgrading to Apps 10 UPD 12. During the upgrade following DB Locks has prevented the upgrade and took around 5 hours to complete. Upon a knowledge search, and confirmed with customer that,no modifications made to the Foundation role “TOUCHAPPS_RUNTIME” 'TOUCHAPPS_RUNTIME' role has not 'Fndmob_Installation_API' granted Customer has seen this on all upgrades made in Apps 10 for them so far,Does anyone know a possible reason for this and possible solutions?
