Thanks for the quick and suggested solution Mathias!The customer has looked at this and it can work when there are few documents to be moved. When there are many to be moved and it can quickly be, it becomes very confusing, and the best thing then is to use two tabs / windows to mark the same files twice. Copy in one and delete in the other. The very best thing is if drag and drop could have worked the way it did before. Now there is a decline, and the customer is not happy. See attached document. When does "copy" become active here?/Linda :-)

Hi ,Is the “root” URL of the User Settings page the same URL you used when you installed the Aurena Agent? Yesif there is a long random string of letter and numbers there. : it was, and these were removed. Still not working :-( Do you have other suggestions? /Linda

Hi, I have received feedback from a customer who has tried the the suggestion for how to remove the clock display. Everything seems to work fine, but when they log off and on the application it seems that the change is not saved. Any suggestions on what is being done wrong? :-) Thanks!Br Linda

But why do we get both pointers when we check in with Document Revision client and only one pointer when we check in with Create Documents? This is depending on the client doing the check in?If this is old stuff -- Why cannot this be handled so that the result is: 1. always one pointer or 2. always two pointers?It is confusing that it sometimes are two pointers and sometimes is one pointer to the same file. 😊 BrLinda

Hi, and thanks for cheking this Mathias!The consequences of having this as an intallation script for our customers are probably more negative than positive. For every customer not using this for designed purpose. Classes must be removed manually or blocked from use in Production to avoid confusion and documents being entered with the wrong Class. This is also something that must be remembered for all customers not using it… and we think they will be in majority 😊Would it not be better to have this as a part of a routine and add it when needed ? Seems like it’s more to remember when have to remove it 😉 BrMorten & Linda
