Additional to this, we are not getting three different option to load shop order in APB as mentioned in below screenshot by @alina.panait. Hi Mathias,Thank you for suggesting New Document from Template option, however, it is partially fulfilling the requirement.Following points are matching with Apps10 functionality:Option to select desired File format (Word/Excel or any other) in advance. Create record Document Revision screen, with file Status Checked Out, and download the file automatically with respective application as per selected file format.Following point is not matching with Apps10 functionality:Once user done with required changes in Checked Out file and close the file, the system is not automatically the Checking In the same file by clicking on Check In Document option like apps10, instead opening the Select file to Upload option.Please suggest whether am I missing basic data setup.RegardsAbdul Rehman
Hi Sweeney,The system allows to select or deselect number of columns for LoVs as per user requirement and the same can be done through RMB menu option ‘Properties’.Please refer below screen-shot for your reference and check whether the same is working for custom field? Select or deselect desired column in ‘Table’ tab. I Hope this would work.

Let me explain little more, in our case we have two product structure alternates for parent part A (A is a Purchase type part). Now we want to link our product structure alternates * and 1 with supplier S1 and supplier S2 respectively so whenever we create purchase order for parent part A by selcting supplier S1, system automatically shows B and C as component parts that we would sent to supplier. Similarly when we create purchase order by selecting supplier S2 sytem automatically show B, C and D as compopnent parts. Here we are not doing operation outsourcing but here we receiving A as a finish good item by sending B and C or B, C and D as row material. Parent Part has two Structure alternate * and 1 as shown in image respectively
