Hi @TokoWieme , Try below steps also 1 Open Excel Application with a Blank Work Book 2 Go to File-> Options 3 Go to Add-Ins Window and then under Manage Combo Box Select 'Com Add-ins' and Click Go. 4 Check the IFS Business Analytics Add-in and Click ok 5 If the add-in was already checked uncheck click ok and then again check it and click ok 6 Close Excel and try to open the BA Client (Start IFS Business Analytics) to see if the error is resolved once the add-in was manually added Hi Dumeesha, Thanks for helping me. For some reason the IFS Add-in is not listed in the Excel->Options. But I do have a IFS Business Reporter Tab in my upper ribon in Excel. Also a shortcut on my desktop to run it.

And before doing that, there is no IFS windows open within the PC.. Hi ThushAsanka, Thank you for your repy, but unfortunately this did not help.I emptied both cache and 2.0 directory, but the error remains. But it look like it is a combination of his windows account and IFS, because if I logon to IFS on his PC, with my IFS account, I can add freight costs. This is an extra screenshot of the error.
Hello @TokoWieme, Azure AD and Azure AD Domain Services in particular is a little bit special. There are two things to consider. First off, in the case of Azure AD being used for OpenId Connect you will run into issues if the DirectoryId is not set to UserPrincipalName. This is because the tokens issued by Azure AD will always contain the UserPrincipalName. Second is about the default value of the Identity field being mapped to SAMAccountName. Here you have a bit more options. Hi Asterix, At has been a while since I worked with mobile users, but IFS should have a standard permission set IFS_MOBILE. You can set the permission set in the User area.
