Ooops, I missed the basic data on the demand site/centralized order defaults. Works now as it should... thanks @Asela Munasinghe for your input!
Didn’t miss the check box, and the created PO does have the “Centralized Order” in the header, but could not get the two PRs to consolidate into one PO. Testing in 23R1.
Thank you Asela for your quick reply. Yes - I have access to the above documentation, but could not figure it out… and when I tested it with two companies (I have the required access to both), I could not consolidate the purchase requisitions of two separate sites belonging to separate companies into one PO, it created two separate POs. The online info was comprehensive, but I could not get a clear answer whether (and HOW!) it is possible or not. Thank you for your input!
Hi Kishor, thank you for your reply. Yes - this is what I was expecting and did not find a way to handle it. Deactivating (expiration date) the existing one with transactions and then creating a new one is not ideal for tracking, but I guess we have no other solution. Thanks for your input!
Hi Deepak, your PO lines have prices as zero? Either update the PO lines with prices (if possible) or change the inventory parts to have “zero cost allowed”:
Hi Christina, did you get this to work? Please share your tricks, appreciated! Regards, /PP
Hi Chalani, thank you for your message. Yes, Im aware of the No Part lines, but Im after the predefined templates that you can create that would make the entry a bit smoother: Currently I can only create a separate template for the header and lines, and the lines don’t seem to support more than one line. Would be great to have multiple lines in the template as the No Part lines require more data to be entered manually than the Part No lines. Aurena does not seem to have the templates at all, hopefully added later!
Hi Manoj, thank you for clarifying, yes - I had an error in my testing… it does work as you mentioned above when the arrival is done to an arrival location, then it shows that it is still supplier owned until moved to a picking location. All good, thanks for taking the time to check!
Hi & thank you for your input, yes - it should definitely be the Matrix and I’ve tested that as well. OK, noted on raising the ticket. Regards, /P
Great - thank you! /P
Excellent - yes, this should work out. Thanks for your fast reply!
